My server Caylee was great! She tended to every need, with a smile! The hostess, Hannah, brought me a card signed by the staff for my bday. The other customers were a joy. I just loved the experience and I’m so glad I chose Connor’s for my birthday dinner. I’ll definitely be back!

The food was great, service staff need more training. I would go back several months and hope the service staff are better prepared to give the service this type of restaurant suggests

We had a couple of food items we had to send back to the kitchen. My husbands halibut was overcooked; my Cesar salad was way too fishy. I think the dressing had too much anchovie paste in it. I love a good Cesar but that ruined it. All other food items were excellent. I think it was just an off day for the seafood chef.

Everything was wonderful. We both ordered the House chilled Salmon Salad. Ashley was fantastic and checked on us continuously. She is very good and very friendly and wanting to please! How awesome is that!

While the service was great, the food was very disappointing. Salads arrived drowning in dressing. I had a huge chunk of unmixed Bleu cheese chunks the size of a large golf ball in my salad where the salad dressing had not been mixed thoroughly. I also ordered extra butter and sour cream for my potato and it came out with barely any at all. Both more be and my wife's potatoes were not fully baked. My wife's steak came out medium rare as opposed to the medium that she ordered. We both ordered Delmonico ribeyes and for the price, it was terribly sub par. We regularly frequent the Chop House in Murfreesboro, and with this being owned by the same company, expected a similar experience, but this was not up to the quality that we've come to expect. Needless to say, we won't be back to Connors.

We had a 5:00 reservation and were seated immediately. We were asked which we preferred as far as seating, and we chose a booth. Josh was our waiter and was very attentive. Food was delicious and the perfect temperature. I usually have lunch here, but our dinner experience was excellent. I totally recommend this restaurant.

Very nice casual atmosphere. Appetizers and entries were both very good. Those that ordered filets medium, were perfectly happy. Those that ordered medium rare were okay, but not entirely happy, so maybe stress your temperature liking when ordering. Meat was tender and tasty. This was our first time there. We’d go back again.

Great food is always. We go about once a month. The atmosphere and cleanliness were top-notch. Steaks came out a little undercooked, but they easily fixed that. Wait staff was a little distracted and seemed like they had too many tables to handle. We will go back, of course, but this was not one of my favorite visits.

It’s been a few years since we’ve been to Connors and enjoyed it at that time. This time everything was subpar, at best. Over priced Outback. The ribeye tasted like liquid smoke. The lobster bisque tasted like movie theatre nacho cheese, and the lobster dip tasted like the old bay shaker broke over the dip (even though I do enjoy old bay, but not that much). The chocolate mousse cake tasted freezer burnt.

As always this is the only consistent place in Franklin. Our service from Elijah was amazing, the bartender knows how to make a perfect martini, whatever they are doing in the kitchen is amazing. The steaks are always delicious. It doesn’t matter if you are there at noon on a Wednesday or out on Friday night, you are always going to have a solid experience at Conners
