We had a fantastic dinner on the rooftop patio at Connolly’s this past Sunday. This is such an awesome restaurant in the heart of Midtown/Times Square area. Very close to all the theaters so it’s a perfect place to grab a bite before, after or in between seeing a Broadway show…which is what we did. The whole restaurant is amazing and especially the rooftop. When it’s beautiful out they open the huge sliding doors so you feel like you’re on an outdoor patio but if it’s raining like it was on Sunday they close it up and yet it still feels like you’re outside but no cold, rainy, windy weather bothering you. The food, drinks and service are all excellent and the prices are fabulous as well. They have some delicious Irish inspired choices on the menu that are great. I’ve tried many of their offerings and I’ve never been disappointed. They also have an excellent brunch on the weekends and there’s big TVs everywhere with sports on if you’re looking for that. Definitely a 5 star restaurant.

My favorite ore-matinee restaurant The menu offers good choices of salads, burgers and are reasonably priced. I also love the sangria!. . The hostess and waitresses are very polite. It is conveniently located to many theaters.

Loved that at 11:30 AM you could choose breakfast or lunch menu. Food was tasty and filling. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was quaint Irish pub. Good value.
