Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo. Détendez-vous à l'extérieur sur notre terrasse ou à l'intérieur dans les salles à manger de style méditerranéen, dotées de carrelage peint à la main et de trésors de famille.     We love to have the 1950 salad with shrimp and usually the Sangria with that. I is a Great Mid-Day meal. The service is always excellent.

    We had a nice waiter, sorry don’t recall his name. A nice table as I requested and food never disappoints!

    Chairs are too hard to sit for 2 hour dinner. Very uncomfortable.

    The Ambience was great! Super lively and fun vibe. I had the 1905 salad, excellent and a must try! Then I had the salmon Aurora, it was fine, nothing special, I ordered it because it came with Chimichuri sauce but it was very light on the sauce. The Sangria was good and not too sweet. My husband had a seafood pasta special which was excellent. We shared the chocolate cake for dessert and it was incredible. We will go back.

    Sent back calamari as was to salty for me and I love salt waiter very nice to take off bill I did not ask. I thought speed of dinner was very slow first time experienced this if I have to guess we waited about 30 minutes for dinner

    The food lacked authentic  taste !! The Ropa Vieja had too much tomato sauce , too sweet ! The boliche was served with the black beans over the yellow rice !!!! The black beans should be served separately! My fish came in a gravy sauce that overpowered the delicate taste of my fish . We asked for bread for the table and all four of us received a half loaf of bread !!!! What happened to a basket of warm bread for the whole table to share ??? The bread was truly the most delicious experience about our entire meal but half a loaf per person was not the correct presentation we were expecting from this restaurant. I have visited the one in Tampa and it was delicious and authentic!!! This one in St.Armand in Sarasota was like a fast food version of under seasoned, and unthoughtful cooking. We were not impressed at all !!!!
