Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo.     We dined in for Fathers Day and were promptly seated by Kim who was super sweet and friendly. Michael P was our server and was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped narrow down my dish since I could not decide. Everything was delicious and service was excellent! Michael was very personable and patient with our kids. The salad was to die for and made table side. Would definitely recommend

    Our Server, I believe her name was Kylie? Or Kaylie? Was amazing. Very polite and brought everything to our table quickly. She explained exactly what she was doing as she prepared our Sparkling Sangria, and our salads. Extra special service on Father's Day, which we really appreciated. The food was so delicious and delivered piping hot to our table, which we REALLY appreciated! We were seated on the little back area to the left, which was MUCH quieter than other areas we've been before. We REALLY loved this smaller room with fewer tables! We are looking forward to our next visit. Thanks, Colombia, for always being 100% consistent with stellar servers, food, and atmosphere.

    We had a great time at Columbia. The food was amazing as was the service. Loved the ambiance and decor.

    Overall extremely disappointed based on all the reviews I had read and what I had heard about the original restraint in Tampa. Started with the hostess being over whelmed at seating and crowds and waiting 20 minutes to be seated. After being seated another 15 minutes for the server to come to the table for drink orders and the menus. Service continued to be slow the entire meal as we did not even see our server waiting on other tables in the covered patio. Food was hot but relatively one note in taste and flavors. Nothing about the dishes made you want to keep eating. Overall extremely disappointed, seems they are a tourist trap living off a legacy rather than continuing one.

    Our food was OK. Just OK. Not as good as the last time we dined there. Our server, Chris, was friendly and efficient. The noise level was excessive. Dinner for 6 came to $455, plus tip. There are better values, elsewhere.
