Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées. Les chemises sans manches des hommes sont cependant refusées. Venez tester des recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo. Our server and our food were phenomenal. The host was a bit cold when we entered and left but overall it was amazing.

We had been here about 6 or 7 years ago and wanted to return since we enjoyed the restaurant so much. The food, waitstaff and value were all great! It was a touch noisy due to a very large party of maybe 40 beside us. Otherwise it was a fine experience. Leesa was our waitress and she was outstanding!

Columbia Restaurant is our favorite when we’re in the Celebration area. We really enjoyed the 1905 salad and trio of tapas. Excellent preparation of the scallops, shrimp and chorizo. Left room for us to share a slice of Key Lime Pie!

Food as always great. We were disappointed as the paella was going to take over an hour. As we came a half hour early to have a drink, had we been told. We would have ordered it. Also, service was spotty I assume because of Mother’s Day.

Taking into account that it was Mother’s Day, I was surprised to actually be seated early. We ordered salads and entrées. The entrées came first followed quickly by the salad. One of the meals was incorrect, and the correct meal was brought out soon after. Not sure why the salads and meals were served almost together. The waitress was not very pleasant and did not seem to want to be there. When I asked why, she just said she thought we might want them together. This is not something I requested. A discussion with the manager was also not too helpful. He was willing to take the meals to the back and reserve our food after we completed our salads, but this seemed like rather a waste. After we were handed a full bill, they brought us a flan, with the waitress saying sorry for the salad. Given the price of the meal, I won’t be back anytime soon.

We ate at Columbia in celebration and it was so good. It was very busy but the servers were always right there willing to help you with anything you needed. The food was delicious. I will go back when I can.

Marlon was our waiter. He was calm, low key, and very friendly. He did an excellent job at putting us at ease and creating a nice experience. The food was excellent. I had the mahi Cuban and black bean soup. My wife had the half Cuban and half salad. We will be back when we are very hungry.

We have visited many times and it has always been excellent but this visit the service was poor. We felt like our table had been forgotten. Our appetisers weren’t cleared and our entrees arrived. We felt quite unwelcome

We are residents of the region, and this is the second time we have had lunch here at Columbia. Wonderful food, great service and very beautiful place. Definitely a good place to bring friends, family and do business too. If you are looking for a restaurant with good food, fair prices and good service in the region, I highly recommend it. We'll be back soon!

Disappointed in menu change. Week before in St Augustine we had a wonderful shrimp wrapped in bacon meal while on vacation. Brought friends with us to Celebration to enjoy dish and it was removed from new menu 4 days before. Excellent dish not sure why it was removed. Nothing similar on new menu. Also wine we enjoy wasn’t available even though on menu. Still had an excellent evening. Omar our waiter wasvwondeful

I enjoyed it, but it would be a one time for me. The table we had was right next to the hostess’s stand. We actually had staff leaning on the booth seats. Waiter was outstanding. Food was very good.

Food was disappointing, mostly because it wasn’t served hot. It was warm at best but gave the impression that it had all been chilled and the chef just took the chill off but didn’t really heat it all the way through. All three meals at the table said the same thing regarding temperature. The fourth was a salad.

Our server was fantastic! She was on time, energetic, friendly and yet professional. We brought friends to tell them how good Columbia is, and while our service was perfect, the food was mediocre at best. Maybe because it was a Monday night and the “B” team was cooking, it wasn’t fantastic whatsoever. Very ordinary and not what we expect from Columbia.

We are local to the Celebration area and dine at the Columbia restaurant often. We love the food usually always great. Last night our server Yvonne was horrible. Didn’t listen to the needs of our order! My husband asked for NO olives in his salad and his salad came with a ton of olives then when she was asked she took it back. When it came back it still had 2 olives under the lettuce. Thank goodness he isn’t allergic to the olives. Not once did she come back to see how we were or to refill our drinks!!! Not good service at all. When we had to find her for the check she did not apologize. Just said I am busy!! This is not the customer service we would expect or have ever gotten at the Columbia restaurant.

Food was excellent. Had the Pollo Manchego and the grilled grouper. Both were prepared wonderfully and had outstanding flavor. We got their special salad as an add on. The price seems a bit high but the quality of ingredients was excellent. Our server was good and while they wanted to see us in the bar, we asked for the main dining room and were glad we did. It’s a beautiful restaurant. I also thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers the next day. The bread is outstanding! We will come back.

The food and the service were amazing! Vega was our server and he was super attentive. We were highly impressed that the manager came by on several occasions to be sure our anniversary was a special experience.

Amazing paella and calamari. Also the chicken Cesar salad with grilled chicken was perfectly cooked. Every time I come to Orlando I stop at least one day. Desert was also impressive- we had the blueberry cheesecake .
