    Help us celebrate our 150th Anniversary with dinner and dancing. We will be having a Victorian inspired menu that includes a wine paired with each course. This also includes a ticket to the concert in our ballroom with local jazz band Collective Groove. Let's party like its 1874!

    We were out on the patio and the ambience next to the beautiful garden was lovely. However, our server was inexperienced and made many mistakes, including over sharing, not bringing us silverware and napkins, charging me for an entree they could not serve due to frozen mozzarella and told us so. Regardless of those mishaps, the food was good, not great like our last dining experience, and we enjoyed our time on the porch.

    I want this place to be good - I really do. But it’s consistently just meh. When you pay the prices they charge- one expects better. The place is beautiful, historical and quaint. Service is great. The food is just ok.

    We have dined at Cliff house before and food was great, but on Friday my filet mignon was tough as leather, I could not chew it. I do not complain so put my napkin over and told waiter I was done. Very disappointing. Dinner cost me 149.00 plus 30.00 tip. I walked out hungry.

    The planned whiskey and dinner pairing was fantastic! Delicious food with delicious drinks. Enough to feel full, while enjoying the evening. Well worth the price point.

    Cliff house is a nice place. I had more expectations of the food tho. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary! Seafood pasta was very tasty; but caesar salad was disappointing and beef tenderloin lacked much flavor and devoid of any natural juice at all. I was a little surprised the restaurant made no real overture of helping us celebrate this milestone anniversary? It was fine, but not outstanding.

    Chef Marcelo Baca's food is amazing. The wine list is extensive and thorough. Service is Five Star. We highly recommend The Cliff House Dining Room.
