    Disappointed. We were a party of 8 with a 4:30pm dinner reservation. It was on Sunday, 5/12, which was also Mother’s Day. We ordered our meals at about 4:50pm. At 5:15pm we inquired about our food and let the waiter know that we had a show to attend and we had be out of the restaurant at a certain time. We were told the kitchen was backed up. At 5:45pm we inquired again and were told the same but that the food “may” be out by 6 o’clock. At about 5:50 pm, we made the decision to leave in order to make our show without being late. On the way out, we were able to share our experience with the manager (Mr Cruz, I believe) who apologized but made no attempt to compensate in any way. We left, hungry and disappointed.

    We waited an hour to get food. Two out of 3 orders were wrong and the food was all cold. We didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to wait another hour. Even though the restaurant was crowded because of Mothers Day, that is no excuse.

    Sat for twenty minutes before we could even get someone to bring water for the table. Took 1:40 mins to get our meals. Had to poke dishes/glasses and ask to have them removed. A small step above bring completely ignored.

    Food was good, restaurant was very very busy. Had 4pm reservations waited about 5-10 minutes for the table. Service was good waited a long time for food but we were okay. I had butternut squash ravioli it was delicious.

    We do brunch for my mother every Mother’s Day and don’t get me wrong the food was delicious at City Cellar, but the service was awful! It took our waitress forever to get our food order and then another 45 minutes to get our food. As it turns out she was juggling two sections on both sides of the restaurant. The table next to us waited almost 30 minutes for the food they ordered to go and the waitress was nowhere to be found for 15-20 minutes. And I saw what seemed as a manager micromanaging the kitchen instead of helping out with tables. The staff needs to do better especially on holidays because I will not be back even if the food was good.

    Enjoyable experience. I felt that the service was exceptional considering how busy the restaurant was on Mother’s Day. Do not enjoy sitting at a booth. I must remember to ask for a table next time when making a reservation.

    The service was very attentive and accommodating our needs with a great table for a family with an infant and the food was excellent !

    The night was just ok. A little pricy. We waited over an hour just for our (first course) salad. The drinks were watered down and the food didn’t have much flavor, I got the gnocchi, it has no sauce. I’ve been there before and I don’t remember being unimpressed like I was last night. Probably wouldn’t go back but the place was packed !!!

    The food was not hot, the service was exceedingly slow and the noise level excessive. I've been to this locale many times but this was by far the worst. If the restaurant cannot sustain a reasonable level of service with a party in the banquet space and regular patrons, I would be wise to let customers know so they can make alternate arrangements at City Cellar or elsewhere.
