My husband ordered a shrimp cocktail and a burger and fries. All three were covered with spices that detracted from the taste. He wanted the food without the spices! He figured the chef was trying to be gourmet but it was far from it.

Absolutely wonderful. Server excellent. Very helpful on menu. An extra special thank you to my host Gabby she was amazing. My favorite was the summer berry salad delish n very refreshing but it all was great.

The waitress was excellent. Steak favorite very good. Rolls were lousy. Not very many choices.

A person who supposedly greeting you and ask where you would like to be seated, was awful and terrible wrong attitude. She wants me to be seated of her choice. not on my choice of simple regular table for two. She needs to work on her customer service guidelines.

I do apologize for the misunderstanding. In the steakhouse when guests make reservations, we do automatically assign a table to ensure each server is getting rotated and every guest is getting the best experience and service possible. However, next time you make reservations in Cincity, you would be able to make a note in your reservation asking for "simple regular table for two." I do not believe our hostess handled this situation with ill intentions and was only going by our procedures in the steakhouse. Thank you for your understanding and hope to serve you again soon!
