A person who supposedly greeting you and ask where you would like to be seated, was awful and terrible wrong attitude. She wants me to be seated of her choice. not on my choice of simple regular table for two. She needs to work on her customer service guidelines.

We eat there about once a week and tried different foods. We are very disappointed in the flavor of the food. We travel to a lot of other casinos and eat at the restaurants in comparison Cin City has the worst food.

We made a reservation and was not an issue.. Just prior to us ordering we were notified that there was no more Prime Rib, it was actually the item I was going to order but had to settle with something else.. A few minutes later the server notified us that they were now out of Asparagus my wife ordered. I would have thought that since it was a “Limited Menu” there would have been plenty of what was limited.. Just disappointing for sure.

Good place for upscale meal around Monroe area. Could use a little better wine selection but overall pretty good.

Always great food love MVG waitresses was really busy she was working the bar and trying to serve tables she forgot my salad and my beef shoulder was cold but overall great place
