Highly recommend!! From the service to the food. Our experience was 10 out of 10. A must try: - watermelon lemon drop( I ordered two) - mojito (refreshing!) - the Banana cheesecake for dessert - Chilean Seabass with the bokchoy 🔥 - Bone Marrow dish with the arugula and cherry tart jam.

We went to dinner for my moms birthday. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. It is worth every penny. The filet melts in your mouth and the balsamic carrots were delicious. I highly recommend!

CIELO is a stunning restaurant with amazing steaks and seafood. They have million dollar mountain / desert views and the service is always top notch. Our waiter Enrique is extremely knowledgeable and just a wonderful human being. We dine at CIELO once a month, they have never disappointed!

Service was outstanding! Jared did a great job all night! Wine recommendation was right on! The oysters were spectacular, as was the New York Strip.

Our evening at Cielo was filled with delicious food, excellent service, lovely music and a beautiful view. From the moment we entered and were greeted by the two lovely hostesses our every request was more than satisfied by a wonderful staff. Our waiter, Kevin, was friendly and efficient, as was his assistant, Adam. The manager, Gerardo Reyes and Chef Jerome graciously visited our table and introduced themselves. We ordered the Shrimp Cocktail, Caesar Salad, Chilean Sea Bass and Filet Mignon. Everything was delicious. (Also- the bartender made an extra effort to prepare my Whiskey Sour with the traditional egg whites.) Dinner was topped off with their signature Warm Butter Cake and another delicious sorbet concoction created by Chef Jerome. The Espresso Martinis weren't really necessary but we ordered them anyway. All in all, a perfect date night that included a spectacular valley view from the 27th floor of Morongo Casino.

It was ok. We had French onion soup (not the best) Filet Oscar (crab had pieces of the shell) , Kansas city steak and scallops (scallops with over cooked) , brocolini (not very good), and butter cake (the best part! So yummy). server was great. They had a piano player who sang and played piano which was nice but made it hard to talk.
