Salmon was over salted and extremely dry. Arugula and vegetables so drenched in oil they were inedible. Promoted blood orange, could not taste any of the flavor, and the tiniest slivers of blood orange on the plate. My past two visits have been disappointing - the quality a look of the food is just ordinary.

We went to Ciao Bella for Mother's Day dinner. The greeting staff seemed to be a bit busy with phones and such, but we were seated at our reservation time. The service from Seth was exceptional. Attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding - from the Beef Tenderloin Bruscetta to three different pasta dishes. We will be back again (and again). Thank you!

This restaurant is consistently one of my favorite options. Server was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. He was focused on us having a very excellent experience. Our food was delicious.

We were out for 30th anniversary and it was acknowledged several times which we appreciated. Our server was excellent. He gave us perfect recommendations. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.

We always LOVE our meals at Ciao Bella! They’re always busy and the food is ALWAYS consistently delicious! Nice menu and something for everyone. Great specials. The fish is always incredible! Pastas are yummy! Flatbreads—fab! Even the bread brought to the table is fresh and crunchy outside with perfect inside. I’ll be back there next week!

Love this restaurant but wish they would mitigate the noise. It is beyond energetic as your option says. It requires yelling to your dinner companions. You leave satiated but exhausted.

The crab cakes and Ciao Bella salad great as usual. My husband ordered the halibut special and the fish was fine but was over powered by the sauce and only a small amount of potatoes. Over priced for the amount of food.

Parmesan crusted shrimp was great, as usual. Bacon blue salad was fine. My Manhattan (served up) was excellent - one of the best I've had. My wife's cocktail was more ice than drink (disappointing). Bottle of wine was OK, nothing great. Wine overall was too expensive. Not many somewhat affordable bottles to choose from. My lasagna was less than inspiring. Mostly just a lot of meat sauce over somewhat limp lasagna noodles. Could not detect the layering of noodles, sauce, ricotta, noodles, sauce, mozzarella, noodles, sauce. I would not order that again. Dessert was serviceable. Overall, too expensive for what you get. Service was fine. For over $250 including tip for two people, I expect better.

Brought some out of town guests. Everyone enjoyed the great service, from the bar area to our dining table. Really seamless. Great recommendations. The wasabi mashed potatoes were as delicious as always.

I was entertaining executives for dinner and making first impressions. We were seated "in the best table in the room" according to my guests and every single taste, bite and sip was absolutely incredible. Our server was a class act with just the right amount of culinary information and friendliness. Never an empty glass and every completed dish was swept away so stealthily, the dinner and conversation continued to flow. I highly recommend Ciao Bella for a special occasion, dinner to impress or just a pick me up on a hectic week. You'll be treated like royalty and enjoy every moment!

Our birthday dinner/celebration was great! The food & service were superb, too. Shannon, our server, made some great suggestions on food choices, without being imposing. Taste & portions were really good, too!

We eat here often. 14 times last 12 months. Great for a couple or group. Consistently good for over a decade. Food is always great. Servers and managers excel. Sometimes we just share a pizza and a main course. Great and not too much money or too much food. Yesterday we were hungry. Beer then Splurged for a large salad, which we split, then sea bass for me and halibut for my wife. Then rhubarb cobbler to share. More money but well worth it In warmer weather the patio is wonderful

The first thing you notice is the noise. It is LOUD and that makes it difficult to hear your own conversations let alone the server trying to tell you about the specials. Having said that, the service and the food is phenomenal and we will return because it is that good.

We love this place! The atmosphere is very vibrant. The food is excellent . I had the salmon. Daughter had pasta and my husband had the halibut. Cooked to perfection. A great place for a special occasion. In the summer check out the patio. Highly recommend.

We have enjoyed this restaurant many times in the past. We were seated at a beautiful table next to the fireplace (may have been based on the fact that it was a special occasion) and the lovely man who filled our water glasses was delightful and put us at ease. The wine selection was nice and the food menu offers up a lot of variety and superb choices, especially in the small plates department. Our meals were exquisite. However... our server was a big disappointment. He seemed distracted, disinterested, and twice asked my husband if he cared for another glass of wine while completely ignoring me. We did not even receive a check in on how our meals were tasting. It definitely lessened our enjoyment of the experience. I choose to believe that he had some difficulties in his personal life that affected his ability to work well with diners that evening. I would rather give him the benefit of the doubt and hope that is not his typical approach to restaurant service. While this obviously really put us off, we still whole heartedly recommend this restaurant to any and everyone.
