La famille Christner vous attend pour déguster le steak et le homard de premier choix d'Orlando. Ouvert en 1993, Christner est une réelle entreprise familiale. Ils affirment avoir très peu de rotation du personnel, car les employés sont des membres de la famille. Leur clientèle se compose de locaux, de gens d'affaires, de vacanciers, de vedettes sportives ainsi que de nombreuses célébrités. Tout le monde s'accorde sur le fait que le menu est exceptionnel, les membres du personnel sont compétents et qu'il s'agit du steakhouse ayant remporté le plus de prix en Amérique !!! Les Christner maîtrisent fort bien l'art de recevoir grâce à un accueil convivial, chaleureux et personnalisé. Russ a dit de son restaurant qu'il n'était qu'un modeste petit steakhouse. Leurs invités sont leurs amis. Le pain : cuit tous les jours et servi très chaud à votre table. Déchirez-le. Partagez-le avec vos doigts, nul besoin de couteau. Le bœuf : de qualité supérieure, vieilli, nourri de maïs, provenant directement du Midwest, jamais congelé et coupé à la perfection. Le homard : queue de homard d'eau froide d'Australie. La cave à vin : 5500 bouteilles soigneusement sélectionnées.

                                                                                                                  An absolute gem! I went here based on the reviews and Christner’s did not disappoint. This is one of the best steakhouses I have ever been to. I went here on a date with my wife, she ordered the filet and I ordered the ribeye. They came out at a perfect medium and they were perfectly seasoned without the need of additional sauce on top like some steakhouses do. We had a perfectly paired Cabernet at our server’s suggestion. We also ordered the calamari which came Shanghai style, so it had the right amount of kick to it. For sides, we ordered sautéed mushrooms and potatoes au gratin, both of which were delicious. For dessert, my wife and I ordered the southern bread pudding and praline parfait. The food quality here was amazing, the environment was inviting, and the wait staff was very attentive. We cannot wait for the next time we come here.

The NY strip was perfectly seasoned and beef wellington was cooked to perfection as well. Excellent and attentive service, and the place has a great family-owned feel. I recommend this restaurant for special events and when you want to impress visitors -- definitely a hidden gem!!

Our server Lindsey was very helpful with our menu selections. The lobster was delicious but the NY dry aged steak was disappointing.

                                                                                                                  always wonderful service and must say my bone in prime rib cooked to perfection...and onion rings so delicious...side of asparagus just OK and not cooked through so was chewy but didn't bother advising our server...i did return the wedge salad as it didn't even look appetizing...just full of dressing with slivers of bacon as i thought it would come out with some dressing and fresh blue cheese chunks and maybe a few tomaotes but now i know for the future...extremely loud and rude group of men next to us and i don't mind loud groups but they were vulgar w cursing and talking about women...overall ok experience this time

Jeremy was the main person to take care of us during our dining experience but every single person who stopped by our table was such a pleasure. The grouper appetizer was beyond delicious and extremely fresh. We also had the bone in ribeye, which was cooked to perfection along with the lobster mac and cheese, potatoes, and mushrooms with onions. By far over exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return.

                                                                                                                  We thoroughly enjoy Christeners! We live in Melbourne, and it is our go to restaurant for anniversaries, birthdays, and when anyone is visiting from out of town. Some of our favorite dishes are the calamari, the onion rings, the cream, spinach, and the cream corn. Of course, all the entrées are to die for! We’ve been there many many times and have never been disappointed! Dave and Alice are the best!

                                                                                                                  My wife and I enjoyed another fantastic meal with excellent customer service. The only negative comment we have is related to the noise level. This was the second time we dealt with excessive noise. It’s a product of serving alcohol and the sound level with people just gets louder and louder. We couldn’t really hear each other while talking. In the future I am going to ask for a private table as I observed there were quieter places in the restaurant when we were leaving. We enjoyed our anniversary meal and will return again.

Started with Ahi Tuna, which was wonderful, wife and I spilt a ribeye and the grilled salmon, both entrees were cooked to perfection and amazing, along with the creamed corn, yes the creamed corn, it’s amazing, followed by splitting a large slice carrot cake. Looking for a great dinner! Give Christner’s a try, you want be extremely happy you did!
