Excelente desde la recepción, la mesa que nos asignaron junto a una de las ventanas con una vista espectacular. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Frank, todo el tiempo al pendiente de nosotros y sus recomendaciones de comida y bebida, de lo mejor. La comida, steaks y filet mignon, superb. Una experiencia increíble en la que celebramos nuestro aniversario de bodas. Inolvidable!

Music was annoying and loud. Could not go to the bathroom without the loud music. Don’t know why it needed to be so loud. Could not have a good conversation without screaming but besides that service and food was great!

I looked over the menu before arriving and had my choice for lunch. I learned when my family and I arrived that the only option was a very pricy brunch. I was not happy about that because nothing was stated when I made the reservation, I would’ve chosen another restaurant with options had I known. Very disappointed.

Food was great! Went here for mothers day and I wish they would have advertised that it was buffet only. Our table was not the only table confused about the menu and what was available. It felt very dishonest to have a brunch menu on the website but then not offer it and only make the buffet the only option. Also, they never said the price of the buffet which was also dishonest. Buffet for mothers day was around $145.00 per person and this did not include alcohol. The food was great but 145 is just an absolute crime…For this price and experience alone I wouldn’t go back, you could go across the street to prime and provisions for 50-60 dollars less. Again food was great but not worth the 145. Also the bill didn’t have the line items charged on it, so again a dishonest practice.

The barrel center cut fillet and parmesan truffle fries were the dinner winners-absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the rest of the meal was just average. The wedge salad we love so much at Gibson's was nothing special at Chicago Cut, and the Teriyaki green beans-meh at best. The restaurant was also SO loud, we could not hear, or be heard, at our table of four without screaming. We also were given a table where we were constantly being bumped into by other patrons and staff. The space was very tight. Service was okay but nothing special, and for a $600 plus dinner, we were overall disappointed. We eat out frequently and have found far better service, ambience and dinners than at Chicago Cut

Our dining experience was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable very informative, very friendly and provided excellent service. The tables were cleaned frequently and timely. Water was refreshed frequently. Initially the noise level was quieter as it was an earlier reservation and the tables weren’t full but as the dining experienceprogressed and the restaurant got more crowded. The noise level did increase, but it still was not offensive management came by to check that everything was good. We had a wonderful evening probably our favorite dining experience at Chicago cut

We came for my graduation dinner and had an amazing time. The staff was very accommodating and eager to make our experience unforgettable. We ate family style and they cut up the steak for us in pieces and the sides as well making it easier to share! Will come again.

Sliders were dry to the point of inedible. Dining partner had the Marinated Skirt, which was a bit chewy. I had clams from the special menu. They were fine. Very loud, could not have a conversation without raising our voices. Definitely a group outing type of place, not for quiet romance. Service was excellent. View was amazing, especially at night.

Our server Derek was fabulous. We had our two girls with us (3 and 6) and everyone was so attentive and welcoming. Views were incredible. Food was cooked perfectly. 10/10 recommend

Standard steakhouse but, it's VERY loud and chaotic. Couldn't even use all seats at the table given crowds and close proximity of tables. Hard to hear conversations or server. Given all of that and many other good steakhouses in Chicago, value was ranked lower.

Everything about the evening was a homerun. Excellent attentive service, absolutely delicious food and while crowded and noisy that became part of the excitement. Can’t wait to come back.

The waiters were excellent both days. The food was OK. Unfortunately, had to listen to an employee of the restaurant bickering with het coworker and then telling others about it. Returned the next day for lunch and asked for an outdoor table close to the door. They sat us only to have the hostess come outside points at us and let everyone know that we shouldn’t have been seated there because the table was going to be used in two hours. It was obvious she was not happy. It made for an uncomfortable situation especially when she continued to point at us saying things to staff working outside. Chicago Cut has always been my choice for business lunches but I don’t think I’ll return. I know everybody has bad days, but the treatment on day two was truly unacceptable.

The Greek salad was tasty but the portion was extremely small, especially for a $25.00 price tag. The Caesar salad and the kale salad were also on the small side.

Restaurant seemed more noisy than usual. So noisy that it was hard to hear the waiter describe the specials. I normally order the filet but this visit I opted for the bone in Ribeye. The steak had an excessive amount of fat…probably 60%-70% waste….very disappointing considering the price and that this is a top rated steakhouse. I do like the restaurant but this visit was disappointing.

This was our first time at Cut. The food was good as was the service. At times, almost too good. Our server would come and take things off the table or clean crumbs off the table cloth…to the point where it was almost annoying. I will say that when I go to a restaurant, it drives me crazy if a server leaves my glass empty for too long but the server and support staff were very attentive to this. My glass was refilled before it was ever empty, so I really appreciate that. We sat inside and it was quite loud. My husband sat next to me instead of across the table, because if he would have sat across from me, I don’t think we would have been able to talk much. My biggest letdown of the night was that we chose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner instead of the steakhouse we typically go to. We wanted to try something new. We put on our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary and this was never acknowledged. Not that I expected anything major from them, but I know the other steakhouse that we generally go to, in the very least will acknowledge it by giving a glass of wine or a dessert to share. One time they even just brought us something out and wrote happy anniversary in chocolate on the plate. I think that even though reservations are done through OpenTable, if they ask if it’s a special occasion (which it does), the restaurant should make sure to look at that and at least make note of it. I’m not sure if we will be back or not, but it was still a good experience overall.

Amazing place! Our server was from MN so we connected with some familiarities …. Food was awesome , salmon melts in your mouth. Lemon drop martinis were on point! Tiramisu is a MUST have! It was our anniversary and they treated us very very well. Best place is Chicago for a steak!

Their food was delicious and they have some interesting & different menu items — it’s fairly a boring ambience with a bunch of tables and chairs— they had about 25 waitstaff members with only about 50 customers when we were there early

I can’t say enough good about this place. It’s LOUD. Beautiful. Friendly. The food was insanely delicious. The service was impeccable. The manager. The host. The server all came over and spent time talking to us. The view is also spectacular. Can’t wait to come back.

A wonderful birthday meal,outstanding service, grace and tastes! We were greeted warmly, shown to our table where we were presented with more than a few appetizers. The service was impeccable, the food magnificent, dessert were amazing.
