Le côté historique n'est pas seulement le thème du Chicago Chop House, c'est également le mode de vie. L'établissement a été impeccablement restauré. Cette maison victorienne centenaire composée de briques brunes transporte les convives dans le passé de la ville, lorsque les abattoirs, les politiciens, et les gangsters profitaient des chambres luxurieuses de la maison. Plus de 1 400 photos racontent l'histoire du vieux Chicago à travers trois salles à manger entourés par des murs illuminés.     Went with my family as a celebration for my graduation, food was amazing and our service was good. Would definitely come back here again.

    Great meal and service! We had a party of 9 for my mother in law’s 80th Birthday. We went early 5:30 PM which made the experience nice for the parents (80 & 88). Great, old fashion steakhouse with lots of historical photos on the walls. Everyone got steaks, salads, lots of appretizers, sides. Everything delicious! Jen did a great job with the service!

    We were very excited to try this place but left underwhelmed. The host was very nice and sat us promptly. The menu is great! Our service was great, although there seemed to be a little quarrel going on between the busser and the server … The lobster Escargot (yes, lobster) was freaking phenomenal! Things started off really nicely and we ordered a wedge salad to split. It was good but the blue cheese dressing was very bland and the wedge salad came out chopped?!? Kinda strange but not a deal breaker. My husband ordered the Prime Rib , only served on weekends, but the quality of meat was NOT prime. It was more of the Choice quality. Disappointing. I was already full so I just ordered a shrimp cocktail for my entree and the shrimp was cooked perfectly! Cocktail sauce had very little flavor but I just used the lemon . We decided to go somewhere else for dessert…

    We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our Lobster Escargot! We reviewed your dining experience, a chop salad was sent to the kitchen not a baby wedge. Regarding the "quarrel", from what I saw this happened when entree's were being delivered. They were not aware of how their tone can be taken. It's been addressed with both. We are sorry the Prime Rib did not meet your expectations. We truly wish those issues were communicated to us so we could address them while you were here. We are that place that really does want you to have the best experience possible & will do our best to make that happen! I would & have sent back cuts of meat to our distributors that our guest felt did not meet USDA Prime standards. Please reach out if/when you come back in town. We'd love to be given a do over.

    This was my first time, and I had the wedge salad, prime rib, whipped mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and apple pie. I enjoyed everything but the mac n cheese. The prime rib was very well seasoned. Will definitely go back again.

    Food was pricey for the quality. I wouldn’t choose second floor if you would like to carry on a conversation. We sat in middle row (2 topper) between larger tables so talking to each other was difficult. This was our first time so downstairs would’ve been a better choice -outside weather permitting! ( Booked open table)

    The food was fantastic and service unbelievable. Had an aged steak, several sides and the pumpkin brûlée cheesecake is out of this world fresh and unbelievably good!
