Both born and raised in Italy, our founders Cesare and Carlo, know what
an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish.
Savor Italy's finest flavors including our award winning lasagna and pastas.
Real and hard to find Italian specialities such as pappardelle with imported porcini and wild mushrooms, veal ossobuco, filet mignon in a Brandy sauce, fresh fish and seafood, veal classics and homemade desserts. What a great find. The restaurant is understated in a strip mall and offers outdoor dining. The simple decor does not hint at the amazing food. Everything is made fresh and the sauces can be prepared to your taste a little more of this and a little less of that. We had the lobster ravioli and spaghetti carbonara both were generous portions and amazing flavor. I was there on vacation and the food made me wish I was a local.

This restaurant was fantastic! The food was incredible and very reasonably priced, large servings also. The service was outstanding! We will definitely be back.

Great food as always. We always start with the eggplant rolatini as an appetizer. The burrata is better than the bruschetta. The sacatini that’s off the menu is a must add for the table. The staff and owner are so friendly!

The fried calamari appetizer was light and crispy served with marinara sauce. Salmon dish was way too salty, and I question whether the pasta spaghetti was homemade.

Food is prepared on order and arrives hot with vibrant sauces not dull and congealed as in some places. Never been disappointed with food, wine or service.

It has been over 5 years since we have ate here but the food and services was the same outstanding. I need to visit Clearwater more often

Having grown up in Westchester County NY with amazing food, I am definitely an Italian food snob. Cesare at the Beach made me feel like I was back dining at all my favorite places. We now live in Miami with mediocre italian food, I know people think it's great. But unless you dine at Raos...it's pretty ok at best. If you are in Clearwater, it is a must for dinner. Thanks to our Venezuelan/Italian waiter who made our dining experience exceptional!
