We went to celebrate our anniversary and loved it. It’s our go to place for amazing Italian food in Palm Desert. The wait staff is amazing and food is consistent and delicious.

This restaurant is one of our favorites in the desert. The service is impeccable and the food is authentic Italian. The wait staff is attentive and very good. We had a reservation for 5 and we needed to call in at the last minute and add 2 as our son arrived from LA due to the fires. It was a busy Saturday night but they were so kind to accommodate us. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We have a fabulous time. The ambience is from the old Palm Springs era, we loved it. Live pianist, love the bar and the waiters are dressed in black. Excellent service and the food was fabulous. i had the Oso Boco - it was truly melt in your mouth delicious. My husband had the scallops - terrific. Lava cake for desert - yummy. A wonderful evening. Highly recommend.

Another great evening and dining experience at Castellis . It is the place to be these days. Our server Nino was spectacular on the fettuccine Romano to die for.

Old school Italian hospitality at its best. We were treated like family to an outstanding meal. The waiter was amazing, making certain our dining experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The food is amazing. Our pasta dishes were served piping hot and were incredibly great. Before leaving, we made a future reservation and will return many more times.

Ordered the Lamb Chops and Gnocchi - delish! Dino was great, he set the tone, and the service was fluid with lots of support staff.

The front desk at the Marriott Shadow Ridge recommended Castelli’s saying it had the best, truly Italian food in the area. They were right. The fettuccine Alfredo was the lightest I’ve ever tasted. The veal chop was excellent, very meaty, little fat, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The pesto sauce on the gnocchi was too watery for my liking. Tiramisu and spumoni were delicious. Our waiters were all attentive and took great care of us. Our waiter was Jaime and he and the other waiters were great team with everyone working together helping each other. Will definitely return!
