After 40 years, my customers still tell me what a delightful discovery it is to step out of a Boston alley and into the heart of Mexico. That is exactly what I had envisioned when I decorated the coffered door and walls of my restaurant with the bright Talavera tiles from Puebla, Mexico. Casa Romero is located in the midst of glamorous Back Bay at 30 Gloucester and offers the best traditional Mexican food in Boston.

Me and my partner had come for our one year anniversary the food was good I had gotten a steak with shrimp the steak was really tender, my partner had also gotten a steak as well, I wish there was more variation on the actual dish as almost all of our sides were the same.. but over all a very nice experience.

1 - There are no more courtesy chips and salsa 2- The Margaritas are 20 dollars and is just ice 3- rice and beans if they were there I barely taste them if was offensive the amount was so tiny 4- The tortillas are cold 5- never again charge me for a little more salsa Best service however
