From of our family to yours, Carousel is the premier Los Angeles area restaurant providing guests with the complete culinary experience when it comes to enjoying traditional middle eastern and Lebanese cuisine. In the Middle Eastern culture, meza (Lebanese term for appetizer) consists of a vast array of small sized, hot and cold dishes, great for sampling and sharing. At Carousel, our menu offers a selection of kebabs to seafood to an array of vegetarian items. We offer more than 60 meza items, ranging from familiar dishes, such as hummus, falafel and tabouleh to more traditional delicacies. Everything that we serve comes from original family recipes passed down through generations. With the supervision of our Chef de Cuisine and co-owner, Mrs. Rose Tcholakian, each dish that is served is sure to bestow the quality and freshness Carousel is well known for. For those unfamiliar to Lebanese food, a helpful service staff will guide you through what is sure to be a habit-forming journey.

I took my sister for her birthday. Sofia took very good care of us and she was also very knowledgeable about gluten allergies (which I have). My sister was really happy with the service and how Sofia was on top of everything. We'll definitely go back again and hopefully get her again. Great service is hard to come by these days.

For being Middle Eastern and growing up with all these dishes, I’m very picky but I cannot express how good the food was…some even better than what I’ve had. My favorite was Chi-kofta and the filet mignon beef kebab was to die for. Service was exceptional and the food comes out in a timely manner

Carousel offers a delightful dining experience with its friendly staff and generous selection of Mediterranean dishes. The Carousel Feast was perfect for our family, providing a variety of small plates and entrées that left us satisfied. We enjoyed every dish and would definitely recommend giving Carousel a try!

We celebrated my birthday here and it did not disappoint! Food was fantastic! But the staff were phenomenal! Our waitress was kind and helped us with what to order for a big party. She was extremely kind. The decor is beautiful and location is great because it’s easy for parking

We went to Carousel Restaurant in Glendale to celebrate a friend's birthday on a weekend. We were seated ontime according to our reservation. The ambience, the food and service was very good and we had a lot of fun. Our group decided to get the Carousel Feast fixed menu and it was plenty of food for a fair price considering prices in general. Thank you Carousel for a memorable evening. We will be returning soon. I highly recommend.

Carousel Restaurant has been around a long time. Maybe too long. The room is big and friendly with an energetic vibe with many families enjoying a meal together. The food is mediocre at best. Lacking flavor and vibrancy that is the hallmark of Lebanese and other Middle Eastern cuisines.

The food is amazing. We only got meza. The bread was warm, mantee so rich, kebbbe nayye is amazing because it’s low in burgul, ferre is so good. The labne was fresh, and we loved the frog legs!! Batata harra, sambusik, mhammara, all great like we’re eating back home. The hummus with Awarma was a little dry, I was expecting actual Awarma ..
