I eat by myself at the bar, first time to Carmines in Vegas and I wanted to try. Staff very friendly and food was good. My only complaint is that they only had family style portions and nothing sized for a person eating as single. I like pasta and it was too much for me to eat! Atmosphere, staff and patrons at bar very friendly and enjoyable.

We were here to celebrate 2 birthdays. They gave great birthday discount and they also gave a local’s discount. Great Caesar salad!!!

IF you love Italian food like Mom used to make, this is the place for it. By far it is the best Italian food I've had - outside of my mother-in-law's cooking - EVER! This is a must visit foodie place. Quality is superior, portions are family-sized for sharing, and the cost is very reasonable. We had the Ceaser salad, the lasagna (ask for melted mozzarella on top!), and some meatballs. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Giant portions - a bit of waste of salad especially given we were only 2 people - even though it’s family style perhaps a half portion of salad would be good - I’d even pay the same price to avoid the waste. The shrimp Fra Diavolo and pasta were really delicious and the salad was super fresh with plenty of variety but it was over-dressed which spoiled it slightly. Great “NY Red Sauce” vibe and super service

Great experience. Good food and service. Each pasta served is more than enough for 2 or 3 people. I’ll strongly recommend it if you love pasta!

We always pick Carmines at Forum for a get together. Always good food and service. Enjoyed everything we ordered esp the Calamari!!! Highly recommended place for family and friends gathering.wonderful staff too!

Food taste was just ok. The portions are family size, but it is way too much, even for 4 people. I felt like I wasted money by leaving so much food on the table.

The Carmines Las Vegas was excellent. Food tastes amazing (way better than Carmines Times Square!) and I was so pleased with service! Ricky was new and the most attentive and professional server. Gave excellent recommendations and my party of 5 said it was the best meal we’ve had in a long time! A++!

Italian served family style The wait staff will do as much or as little as you want. Our waiter was eager to serve us portions to our plates (as he said, “like grandma did back in Jersey”). We enjoyed the food. Chicken parmigiana was our favorite, followed closely by lasagne and chicken saltimboca. We also had the ragu over spaghetti, that was just ok in our impression.

First time at carmines with 5 other friends. The waiter asked if we had dined with them before, which none of us had, but then barely touched on the fact that this would be a family style dinner and that the portions were enormous. We ordered Caesar salad and calamari as appetizers which were good. We ordered chicken parm but it was cold. I was able to order the vodka pasta with gluten free noodles which I greatly appreciated. Overall experience was just ok. We all agreed it was our least favorite meal of the weekend and we wouldn’t be returning.

The service is great. The entire staff looked after us. The food tastes great and the portions are HUGE. I mean I felt like a hobbit compared to the size of the dishes we saw and received. I will be back, but I will bring more people.

Huge portions sizes which we knew it advance, but feels very wasteful if dining with just two people. Wish they had an option for a “small” or “half order” of items to prevent so much food waste given none of the Vegas hotels have mini fridges in rooms. But meal was good, not the most authentic or flavorful Italian food but very solid and hit the spot.

Not happy with seating or service. Arrived a bit early for reservation, requested a booth in the reservation only to be told I cannot sit there because there wasn’t a server in the section I could wait a half hour or sit elsewhere. They finally seated us in a booth and the server would not take part of our order. I didn’t want all food coming out too close together. I was told I had to place the whole order at once that they space it out which was still not the case. Our server left and another took over, we were rushed to leave. I believe this was all because of staffing and sections. What ever happened to customer service first? Food was excellent as always however debating and almost arguing with staff from seating to how we order ruined our meal. I come here 3 times a year and always take pictures of food and recommend this restaurant. I am giving it a break and won’t be back for some time. Very disappointed.

OUTSTANDING service. The size of the plates is a little overwhelming for just a couple but the food is so good it has now become something we will always come back to while we are in town.

The waiter and food were great my only issue was that they are in Caesars forum and the restaurant their do not participate in Caesars reward which was somewhat deceiving since we were told you can enjoy any restaurant in Caesars. Well guess what not them. So just check with the restaurant before you eat. Oh well live and learn.

Servers were pleasant and gave great suggestions. We were early and they seated us after a brief visit to the bar. Food was amazing!!! Everyone should go!

Our server/waiter was exceptional! I think his name was Rob. He gave us recommendations for our appetizer and wine. He was super helpful. Not our first time dining experience there, and won’t be our last. Awesome!!!

First of all, my two sisters and I did not realize this was family style. Too much food for three gals. It started with a HUGE plate of Caesar salad that was $35!!!!! The pieces were mostly the absolute bottom of romaine lettuce and hardly any green leafy at all. Also, were limp and not crisp and fresh and seemed like it was sitting in a large trough all night. For $35 for lettuce we expect freshly made. We spoke up and we happy that the manager took it off the bill. We shared the manicotti and bread pudding which were good.

I've been to the Carmine's in DC and Las Vegas. Of course Las Vegas was much more packed and noisy but the food and service was just as good. I tried to eat at the one in NYC but it was booked solid. I'm sure it's just as good.

Megan was a phenomenal server, walking our party throught the menu and ordering process. By far the best and least expensive meal of our entire trip. We will return & wait for you to come to Dallas!

The food and drinks were excellent, but it was our server Philip who made the experience truly outstanding. He is a gem , we all agreed he was the best and most attentive we have ever had in all our lives. Kudos to Philip!
