The young lady who greeted and sat us at our table was so warm and welcoming Our waitress Marissa inviting informative as she guided through the menu and what to expect as it relates to portions. Marissa and the table, staff service levels were incredibly over the top. The food was so delicious, five star plus!! I highly recommend Carmine’s in the Cesars forum when visiting Las Vegas

Great place for family-style Italian. Everything they serve is huge and what we had was delicious and we did not finish any item. But it is Vegas, so no fridge micro in the hotel… Party of three - Carmine’s salad - good antipasto salad w/solid Italian dressing . Veal Parmigiana- excellent, thinly sliced, pounded and lightly breaded with good marinara and melted cheese Added linguini and marinara. I would say 3 BIG eaters would have been satisfied here and might finish it all (or at least some of it). Definitely recommend!

Katie was the best!!!! She helped us pick just the right amount of food for our party of 7. We had a mix of sauces which was nice so we all good tasting everything. Great experience!

We had an early dinner because of a show 2.5 hrs later. Our wait staff, Veronica, was excellent. Personable, nice and attentive. Just one of 2 wait staff we were fortunate to have wait on us during our 3 days trip to Vegas again. The portions are gigantic and it's better to dine here (reservations highly recommended as this place is always crowded and popular) with no less than 3-4 persons to share the family style dishes. We ate an entire plate of Caesar salad with a side of anchovies for me but we could only finish 1/2 the entree of Spaghetti beef Bolognese sauce but it was very good. I would've liked to try the calamari fritti but there was no way we could've eaten all that food. Hope to be back with more people in the future to dine here when we return to Vegas.
