What a perfect dinner experience from beginning to end. Hats off to Dexter (fellow Long Islander) , such a great server!!! Very attentive, delivered my olive oil less than the 30 seconds he said. Recommended the mussels and couldn’t have picked a better app(just like moms) . He warned us of our dinner selection that it will feed 4 I think he meant 14. When the plate of chicken contadina came out I was blown away by the size/presentation/taste I mean everything. Absolutely no room for dessert or even espresso but I’m in Vegas once or twice a year and I’ll be back for sure!!! Thanks for everything

The food is always deliciious and the wines are very good. Phillip provided excellent service too. We all had fun and enoyed our meals. We were seated in the back room at first and it was so loud. You literally had to scream to speak to people at your own table but the hostess moved us without a problem. My favorite Carmines is on the Upper Westside of NYC but their Vegas version is really good too.

Disappointed in service; recommendation for food was over portioned (waiter recommended 1 more dish but wasn’t needed), gave us bill before we ordered coffee and no ice for the slushy margarita.

It was a rather mellow Monday afternoon in Las Vegas. As my childhood guardian and partner were very famished from our long journey from the land of cowboys and saguaros… Arizona. After having few discussions and research, we decided on a restaurant I’ve visited once before, Carmine’s Italian Restaurant. We made sure to book our reservation just in time for happy hour for we are short on funds. I planned on wetting my beak but the bartender was rather intimidating. I settled on water… service was good 9/10

First time here. Vibe was great. Place was packed. The smell alone was so enticing. Service was spot on. Food is family style so very large portions. Food was amazing. Excellent first experience. Will be back.

Food portions are very big they are good to share. Caesar salad is yummy and I got the rigatoni and broccoli with white sauce it was really good and tasty.

This is a great value for a family or group when in Vegas. My group of 3 had chicken scarpiello a salad and portobello parm. Could not finish it. Food was all top notch. The only downside was that it is very loud. Made it hard to talk without raising your voice to be heard.

Amazing food and service with HUGE portions. My wife and I had to fly home two catering containers of leftovers. Make sure you go with at least four people.

Great family vibe - massive plates made for sharing. Meatballs and spaghetti only $43 which for Vegas is a steal and easily fed 3 adults. Just what a restaurant should be.

Service was horrible. Server took our food order about 10 to 15 minutes in, and then disappeared. 50 minutes later another server appears and says they're taking over. Still had to wait more. Food was mostly really good (veal wasn't pan seared like it was supposed to be). Check came and no acknowledgement or apologies for the poor service. 100+ minutes from seated to check for a pitcher of sangria, 2 entrees, and a desert is ridiculous.

The best CALAMARI I have tasted, all the pasta was exquisite . They are not kidding when they say family serving ; the dishes were abundant.

Food is great, but difficult when only two people. So much waste as the portions are HUGE given that it is family style. I do wish they has a separate menu for smaller groups. But overall, a fabulous tradition for us each time we are in Vegas.

Great experience at Carmine's. We have visited in the past and enjoyed it as well. I will say being seated on the bottom level near the front of the restaurant this time was nice for views and noise. We've been seated on the top level in the past and the noise level was almost to loud to enjoy dinner. As it is family style dining, we ordered one Caesar Salad, one Chicken Parmesan and a half order of Cheesecake. All delicious and perfect portions for our party of four people. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Food and service were excellent; was really glad we made a reservation as there was definitely a wait otherwise. Family style servings were huge; should have listened to our server’s suggestion and not ordered the third entree but really enjoyed the additional option. Would recommend , especially for larger parties and will definitely be back.

Food is good but prepared for large portions, works best if you are a large party to share but just for a couple on a night out, prepared to have lots and lots of leftovers. It's not a negative as the food is good and the service is excellent but ideal for large parties or if you've fasted for the day and have a huge appetite
