La experiencia del Carmine’s en Las Vegas es buenísima, tanto los alimentos como el servicio del staff, te invitan a regresar siempre. Las porciones ideales para el grupo de 5 que fuimos. Los calamares fritos, la ensalada caprese, la lasaña y el Cheesecake todo muy muy bueno. Gracias.

There were Four in our party. The servings are meant for 3-4 people. Our server was Sasha and he was wonderful despite it being very busy calamari was excellent and a huge portion! A+ Ceasar’s salad was pretty much standard but good B+ The only way to describe the Chicken Parmesan was outstanding!! Tender chicken and great sauce AA++ Cheese garlic bread : i didnt care for it. The crust was very hard and cheese was very salty tasting to me C After our meal, Jesse the manager stopped at our table and talked to us for quite awhile. He was very friendly and we like that he took the time to chst We enjoyed our meal and will definitely return!

I'm an old customer... I'm a regular but the New York establishment... I think the waiters are more prepared at Apple... a request for me to sit at a table but in the corner was not granted... Although this was a requirement when booking...

Had a group of 4 for dinner. We all shared a Ceasar salad which had a delicious dressing. For an entree, we shared spaghetti and meatballs and it was really good. Overall a very good meal and reasonably priced based on the quantity of food. We’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I recently dined at Carbone, and we had the pleasure of being served by Dexter. From the moment we sat down, Dexter's attentive and friendly service made our evening truly special. His knowledge of the menu and excellent recommendations showcased his expertise and passion for his work. We started with the Caesar salad, which was delicious. The ravioli with Bolognese sauce was a standout dish, The drinks were equally delightful!!! Beyond the incredible food and drinks, the pricing was very reasonable, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Dexter's exceptional service, combined with the excellent cuisine, made our night at Carbone unforgettable. We can't wait to return and hope to be served by Dexter again!

I did the restaurant week menu and even though I was a party of one they treated me amazingly and the food was out of this world delicious. Definitely will return on the next trip.

Every time we’re in Vegas.l, my wife and I make it a point to eat at Carmines. Tonight we had the Carmine Salad and the Chicken Contadina. Outstanding. We will definitely be back again
