Greeted by a very polite host, even gave us a compliment on our attire. We sat down by the window and almost felt like we were ignored through out the night. We had to wave down the server a few times while she walked by her other tables and asked if they were ok. We celebrated my partners birthday, and I added a special request when I booked on Open Table. Request wasn’t acknowledged. What’s the point of having an option for a special request and not execute? We love Carmine’s, so the lack of service we received was very disappointing. May not be back to Carmine’s in Atlantic City.

The staff was very attentive the food was delicious we had the shrimp scampi with linguine but just a little bit too much garlic

Carmine's offers family style portions for lunch or dinner. But we were there for lunch and chose the chicken wings and chicken parm sandwich. Generous portions and had enough food left over for dinner too!! Definitely recommend this awesome Italian restaurant!

The only negative we had was we were a table of 6 and we ordered 3 sandwiches that came with side salads which we shared with our husbands. I know it was crowded and I know it was lunch time but it took over 30 minutes from the time we ordered to get our sandwiches. We have eaten there many times for lunch and never waited that long.

Arrived at our reservation time and were seated immediately by the most energetic hostess! After being seated we were greeter by our server. The place was jam packed. We were there prior to a musical event we had tickets for that afternoon. We informed our wait staff of this and they assured us we would be out in time. Drinks were ordered and received in a timely manner. The waiter continued to apologize that they were so crowded and it was hard to hear and he was running all over the place. Bread came out as did water. our order was taken and the salads were brought out rather quickly. Our entree however took over 57 minutes to come out and we had to rush to eat it so we could make out showtime. Not the greatest experience. I wouldn't go back there again if we had plans afterwards, but the food was delicious!

Beautiful restaurant - brings back the old style Italian setting. The food is excellent - caution the plate sizes are very large - called Family Style. I would suggest that at lest three people be seated to eat an entree, otherwise be prepared to take a meal home. You will feed army with these entrees. Service was good and attentive.

Carmines is a good restaurant to eat with your family . The server was very attentive , Vincent. We received the wrong order . We ordered mixed seafood with red sauce but got the white sauce . The dish tasted very well. The dish had a lot of empty shells and it wasn’t in the dish itself. The place was noisy but it’s due to a large party maybe 16 people but it wasn’t Carmines fault . All in all I would still go back to Carmines .

Food was good but sauce was watery. Seems like the pasta wasn’t drained enough. Our server was good but we felt rushed. We could have been out of the restaurant within half hour
