It was a great experience and the food was amazing. It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary. Thank you to all the staff but especially James who was our server. He did a fantastic job!

We went out for our anniversary and the food, service and ambiance was 10/10. Our server Sarah was amazing and extremely kind.

Went there for a birthday celebration. Service was very pleasant. Didn’t finish all of our food so we got it boxed up. When we got home, we were missing one of the steaks which was a huge bummer considering the price.

I am a regular of all Jeff Ruby restaurants. I typically love them due to THE SERVICE! At Carlo and Johnny I felt it was extremely lacking on this occasion. I refuse to accept this is because of it being busy. I have been to Jeff Ruby’s in Columbus and Cincinnati on much busier nights and received much better service. This is especially terrible as it was on my girlfriend’s birthday which really made me feel bad. I very particularly took her to a Jeff Ruby restaurant -for the incredible service - and didn’t feel like we got anything like my past experiences :( Very sad about that. Maybe hit the Precinct or Jeff Ruby instead…

For a special treat date or fine dining highly recommend. Little pricey but well worth the food and experience. We will be back.
