It was my first time at Carlo and Johnny as we normally frequent the precinct. We were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday and just had the best experience. The ambience and esthetics were perfect for a date nate. Our server Paul was phenomenal - he was thorough in his suggestions, asking questions along the way to ensure we aligned. The food is always great at any Jeff Ruby establishment, but this time was even better. Thank you Paul, and Carlo & Johnny for such a wonderful night.

Our favorite restaurant in greater Cincinnati. Food, service, and ambience are incredible. Our waiter, James was super friendly and took amazing care of us. This was our wedding anniversary and Carlo & Johnny made it amazing.

What a fabulous Mother's Day meal! The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. The oyster were very fresh, East & West, the Herbstreit roll was excellent, the Wagyu Meatball needs to be shared by 4 people if you plan on eating anymore food, the Tuna Tartare was amazing and very creative by being wrapped in an avocado which was so good in and of itself. One individual got the crab bisque and used all the bread we had left for cleaning the bowl. Oh, and the bread and butter is fantastic on its own! Several people got Lobster, one with steak, and there were no complaints, just doggie bags... The Steak Burrow is good, not great, was not blackened enough nor did it truly have the Cajun spice, but the steak itself was one of the best strips I have ever eaten. The butter & carrot cake are very good, but only order one after this meal, no matter how many people are in your party since they are massive! Our water - Paul - knew the menu to a T and made the evening even better with his personality...
