Food was excellent. Service was excellent The noise level was very loud somewhat disappointed. George, our waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He picked all the menus which we were all pleased. I will be back definitely.

Oh, dear heavens! My dinner experience at Carlitos Gardel Argentine Steakhouse was nothing short of magical! From the moment we were seated in the enchanting patio, I knew we were in for a treat. The twinkling lights, the lush greenery, and the soft music created a romantic ambiance that felt like a secret speakeasy. Our server, George, was an absolute delight! He was attentive, charming, and knowledgeable, making sure we felt pampered throughout the evening. But the real pièce de résistance was when Chef Gerard himself came by to slice our bone-in ribeye tableside! It was like a culinary show, and the aroma of the sizzling meat was simply intoxicating. And then, there was the food... oh, the food! The ribeye was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were sublime. But the real star of the show was the mascarpone dessert with granizado ice cream. I mean, I've had my fair share of desserts, but this was something else entirely. The creamy mascarpone, the crunchy granizado, and the sweetness of the caramel sauce... it was like a party in my mouth! I swear, I fell in love with that dessert. George checked in on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed, and even offered us a tour of the kitchen! The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was impressive. Dining in the patio at Carlitos Gardel is a must! It's like stepping into a romantic wonderland, and I can't wait to go back and experience it all again. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carlitos Gardel Argentine Steakhouse, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family by the warm and welcoming staff. Our server, Herbert, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations throughout the evening. The food was simply exceptional. We started with the empanadas, which were flaky and flavorful, and then moved on to the skirt steak and ribeye, both of which were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the portions were generous to say the least. But what really made our evening stand out was the exceptional service and expertise of the sommelier, Max. He helped us navigate the extensive wine list and recommended the perfect pairing for our meal - a rich and full-bodied Malbec that complemented the flavors of our steak perfectly. Throughout the evening, Herbert and Max checked in on us regularly, ensuring that we had everything we needed and making sure we were enjoying our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with soft lighting and live piano music adding to the ambiance. Overall, our experience at Carlitos Gardel was exceptional, and we can't wait to go back. If you're looking for a truly authentic Argentine dining experience with outstanding food, wine, and service, look no further. This felt like cooking and eating a steak in the comfort of my own house, not in a Michelin-star rated restaurant!! The Ring doorbell kept going off like my own home; this was rather annoying! The restaurant was empty and I asked to be seated at a 4 top table for its larger size and was declined because they “had reservations for that table”. Up until we left, there were multiple empty 4 top tables. I don’t appreciate lied too and given a bogus excuse. I’m not a child and expect a honest response whether it’s what I want to hear or not. The music that was playing was beyond annoying loud and inappropriate for a restaurant of this caliber that you claim to be. I didn’t know I was going to my baby nephew’s garage for dinner. Newsflash folks: pandemic is over. It’s time to dismantle this make shift enclosed deck you have. Even though you claim there are heatlamps, they never kicked in until later and there is a draft in the restaurant due to no insulation. Bonus experience: go flush the toilet and you will feel like a mini tsunami is about to come! All these truthful and accurate examples are a very poor look for this establishment. Adjust back to the times. Do better. I’m honest in helping our other potential diners; the least you could do is also disclose these issues online and tell me you didn’t want to sit us at a 4-top because you’re greedy and hoped it would be filled by 4 walk-in guests without RSVPs. Of course, God is watching and knew you were lying so he insured no one came to give you that business. And now, who knows how business you lost from being dishonest and only thinking about your own selfish motives. Avoid the smoke in mirrors this establishment tries to portray as a Michelin-rated restaurant. To my fellow OT foodies, if you’re reading this review, I know Steak 48’s interior decor, food quality, and level of service is what you’re looking for. Go to Steak 48 in Beverly Hills, experience the pageantry there, and enjoy! Bon appétit

The Max and Gerardo Bros. take care of every detail when recommending, serving and explaining about the Argentine cuisine culture. We felt ar home, food was just perfect: entraña, ribs, fries and chimichurri. Lovely experience, we’ll go back!

Charming and delightful experience. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a family dinner or a date night. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The highlight, of course, was the steak. Cooked to perfection, it was juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender; a true testament to their quality. We also tried some sides, and the garlic fries were a standout, and well-seasoned. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the mood for some top-notch steak in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
