The Carillon is a New American restaurant featuring familiar food with a refined twist. The Carillon provides a sophisticated and approachable dining experience for all occasions. Our culinary team masterfully creates dishes with local, fresh, and seasonal produce and organic, grass-fed or free-range proteins. The Carillon offers ‘a la Carte’ or 3-course dinner for $45 tasting menu, which can be skillfully paired with award-winning wines.

I absolutely love this place! I have such great memories here. The food is amazing, and the waiters and staff are so kind. This place reminds me a lot of high end restaurants in San Francisco.

This was a very unique experience with pros and cons but overall a must try. The GM was extremely nice and knowledge about the menu, but we got a little overwhelmed because he went over every single menu item. The menu was insanely unique and some ingredients were growing in the window! Other than being a little overwhelmed, the only other con was the deafening silence, no music and we felt like we had to whisper. I’d say we came too casual for the setting which is why we felt that way, but if you come for a fancy occasion and bring a full appetite, this could be the best spot in town hands down. Overall loved the place but would come with a different expectation next time.

We recently had dinner at Carillon. The day of the reservation I got a call that the kitchen might be understaffed and that our wait time might be more than typical. I appreciated the call. What restaurant does that? When we were seated there was a bouquet at our table; the server said "Happy Anniversary!". But I hadn't noted on the reservation that it was our anniversary... After a little sleuthing the server explained we'd had an anniversary dinner at Carillon on the same date several years before, so they knew it was our anniversary. The service was gracious and timely (no delays we could detect) and the food was delicious. Our highest recommendation!

We both had a salad (each different), and the sea bass entree. The food was excllent. Salads were large, the greens fresh, and the dressing tasty. The sea bass was incredible. It was one of the largest servings that I have ever had in a restaurant, and the sauce was awesome. It had Thai flavor in my opinion, and I love Thai food. Service was attentive and excellent. The manager even came by to make sure that we were pleased. We went there before the theatre, and the wait person even asked if we had theatre plans. We make it to the theatre with plenty of time.

Absolutely love the whole experience and our waitress was absolutely amazing and helpful. Truly would go back. Pricing was also not back especially for the 3 for $45.

Carillon is always good. Not exceptional. Menu lacks the inventiveness of other fine dining and also the prices (it’s much more reasonable). We went at 6, earlier than usual and it was empty. Portions were very large. Service was excellent. I’d go again (early)—happy hour prices were really good.

Fabulous Easter Brunch and the venue was amazing because it’s not as busy as many places. The food was very good and even though we were in about the last seating the shrimp and oysters and all the other good things were still fresh and plentiful. Service was great

We enjoyed a fantastic Easter Brunch buffet. They had a great assortment of traditional breakfast staples, fresh seafood raw bar, salads, excellent soups, and delicious savory dishes, including vegetarian and pescatarian options. They had soooo many desserts, and they were all small portions so that you could try several without going too crazy. We will definitely go back!
