William, our server, made all the difference. However, there clearly is no dress code any longer for guests. It really spoiled our evening sitting next to a table of flip flops, shorts and backwards baseball caps and sunglasses on the visors. A 5 star venue with a 1 star clientele.

We felt the waiter was being quite pretentious during our experience at capital Grille in Oakley. I have been to the Atlanta capital grille and we did not experience this treatment.

We always enjoy dining at The Capital Grille and we had an amazing meal on Mother’s Day. The place was extra busy, however, the food, service and attention to detail was exceptional as usual. Thanks to everyone for making our day special.

First and last time at Capital Grille. Service was terrible, had to ask to check on our drinks after it took forever to order them. Food took forever to come out and had clearly been sitting for awhile, room temp at best. Ambiance was great though. Very high prices, we expected much more for Mother’s Day brunch. We made the most of it but when we left we all looked at each other and said that was terrible for $400 for 3 of us.

We went here to celebrate our Xavier University grad! The service was amazing! Cynthia made suggestions and was very helpful. She was fantastic!! Capital Grille made special touches that meant a lot to our grad! Star confetti on the table, a champagne toast, and a special congratulatory dessert. We plan on going back for more celebrations in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you Capital Grille!

We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary at Capital Grille. The food was wonderful and the ambiance was very nice. Unfortunately despite having a reservation we had to wait nearly 25 minutes for a table. Once we were seated we were given a table against the glass wine room in a high foot traffic area despite having requested a booth in a quiet area. They were busy but there was a booth available that sat empty for quite some time before another couple was seated. The waitress was not super attentive but she did put a nice anniversary card at our table and provide a special desert which was greatly appreciated. It was a very nice evening and I would go back but if given the choice would probably go to Jeff Ruby’s or Ruth’s Chris instead.

Over cooked and slow server. Server was so late to come over to rectify, i was not able to enjoy meal with family.

Our server, Kari, was outstanding. We were celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday and she made it a meal to remember. We took her advice on the special menu items and we couldn’t have been happier. The food was delicious, the cocktails perfect, and desserts heavenly. But, Kari made the experience terrific!

It was my sister’s first outing after a stroke. She was in a wheelchair. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Chef offered to cut her steak into bite-sized pieces— which was so very kind.

The best dinner from start to finish! Fantastic service, started off with the most delicious lobster/crab crab cake! Lobster bisque soup, with sherry served on top at table-side. Dinner i had the Sushi grade Tuna soy glazed with the mist delicious sauce, hint of heat. We ended night with great tasting coffee and Creme Brulee. We will go back time and again.

Came here for my birthday dinner and it was amazing, better than I was expecting. They had the table set up with confetti and at the end they brought out champagne and treats! We will be back on a regular day!

Our Waiter, James was outstanding! We celbrated our 10th anniversary there and they really made it Special. The food was amzing as expected and they surprised us with not only some fantastic desserts, but even brought my wife a Beautiful Red Rose! I would recommend anyone celebrating a special occasion to consider Capital Grille! Blown away!

The food was delicious and cooked just right! We had the restaurant week menu of salad, steak, and crème brûlée cheesecake. Kyra waited on us and he had a great fun personality. Staff was attentive and we had a wonderful dinner experience!

Steak duo for Cincinnati Restaurant Week was absolutely to die for! The spinach was a little on the salty/peppery side, but the mashed potatoes were delish, as always! The cheese cake with raspberry sauce was to die for! Our service was good, but our server could have used a little more training- she was very quiet and frequently lurking, while our table was conversating. Outside of that, she was nice and everything came out promptly. Love taking my clients here for business lunches.

We dined at the Capital Grille Cincinnati to take advantage of their excellent special menu for the Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Week. The food was delicious and the service by James and Brian was excellent. I upgraded for the Lobster Bisque Soup and it was especially good with lots of lobster pieces. We highly recommend the Capital Grille Cincinnati for any special occasion.
