Salmon was undercooked and very salty due to pastrami jam. So disappointing. Last time we were there the menu had more options.

Bathrooms need renovation. For such a well known and popular place, as well as cost of dining out, the women’s bathroom shouldn’t have toilet sets that aren’t secure or no space to even adjust your garment within the stall. Services started out great but had to ask someone to find her to request more water and another drink. Then when I ordered a drink she didn’t ask my husband if he wanted another as well so we just split mine.

Incredibly loud. My mom's Apple Watch gave her a warning that it was 83 dB, which is as loud as a police siren. The host was unfriendly, our server was slow and didn't check on us for 20+ minutes at a time, and the food was unremarkable. The patio and outdoor area are beautiful, but we were seated as far away from those as possible in the restaurant, so we didn't get to enjoy that part.

We loved everything about this dining experience. Great service, ambiance, and food that was beyond our expectations. Our server was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

We didn't get entrees until after 9 pm. In theory, that's not an issue, except my reservation was for 7:45 pm, and slow and out-of-sync doesn't begin to explain what we experienced. We were seated ~20 minutes after the reservation. We waited patiently for the server for ~15 minutes until she came by to introduce herself. The server didn't give any menu intro or specials until asked. After the server did come by, we got drinks (20 min later); we never got table bread until I asked for it (again another 20 min after drinks). I watched two other parties of similar size with other servers come after we arrived, get proper service, and leave before we finished. I had to ask multiple times for several things. I will say one of the floating floor managers came by and rectified an overcooked entrée, which was a highlight experience. However, the larger experience of such poor service ruined the meal for me. While it was delicious, how the experience made me feel ruined the meal. Ultimately, the bill was paid for by a person within the party because I planned to give a zero tip. As such, I still took the time out of my day to write this review because of a negative experience. After twenty years, I probably won't come through here for a while if at all. I generally, would also not recommend going here at this price point. I can think of five other places that I would rather go first, starting with a $3 dollar café.

We celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary here, just the two of us. It was wonderful! The ambience, the food, and the wait staff is top notch. We highly recommend Canoe for a great dining experience.

The food was fantastic and the setting is always wonderful. Our waiter was sneaky though and upcharged us on two items in our final bill and put in a service charge without telling us. This dishonesty left a bad feeling for an otherwise great meal.

We had a great dinner with our little kids. We sat outside and it was perfect! Our toddler could run in the green space. The food was delicious and our sever great! We had a wonderful time!

Always get a great meal and service at Canoe. We went for lunch. We had the smoked salmon appetizer followed by the cobb salad and panko crusted cod for entrées. Excellent!

Was really disappointed in our lunch. The restaurant inside was dark, the wait staff ignored us for the first fifteen to twenty minutes until we stopped someone and the food was just mediocre. I have always loved this place but not this time!

The garden is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the ambiance. However, lunch wasn’t anything special. All flavors you’ve probably tasted before, so we felt it was a bit on the pricey side. The food did come out very hot and fresh though. Our waiter is where it fell short for us. Felt like he cared more about the other tables than us. Some other tables had arrived after us and left before us. Another waiter refilled our drinks. Also our dessert the “birthday cake” tasted like a refrigerator? Especially the purple mousse on top. It was unpleasant. The blueberry filling and ice cream were tasty, but wouldn’t justify it for the price. You barely get a scoop of ice cream.

Very nice surroundings. Valet was nice. Matt our server was very good. Truffle fries not my thing, but smoked salmon was delicious. Shrimp salad was good .

We were old friends having lunch. Mariah was our server. It was a wonderful occasion! Mariah guided us in our choices, when asked. She was excellent!

Our party tried different cocktails and all were superb. The food was delectable and the service attentive and knowledgeable. We had a lovely "reunion" over dinner and would love to return.

We had Chris as our server and he was so kind and attentive. Made our lunch all the more enjoyable! Shrimp salad a must every time. So good. Our favorite restaurant for special occasions.

Although not a big variety of menu items all were very well prepared and service was top notch. Several parties were having graduation celebrations as well as bridal groups. Outstanding overall experience by us and our adult children.

Everyone was friendly and our server Matt was terrific. I had the crispy shrimp salad and was shocked at the large amount of shrimp. It was delicious. The grounds were lovely and as usual, I will return.

No better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than to have brunch on the patio at Canoe. From the sticky buns to the popcorn sundae and in between Our server Jacob was fantastic and made the afternoon a great experience.

My husband and I have dined here quite a few times, and I was not going to post a review; however, after reading reviews from other patrons, I decided that I should. Booked this for my husbands 40th birthday dinner, and it was subpar at best. It took forever to be seated, server didn’t offer another drink when I was finished with the only one that I had, which I got at the bar whilst waiting to be seated. My husbands entree was warm, and my was absolutely cold. Really disappointed, it’s seems like service and food has declined in the last 4-6 months.

The staffs were amazing! The place is beautiful! The cod and risotto were ok but won’t recommend that. Overall still a great place to visit once a year.
