Le menu propose les poissons canadiens, les viandes et les produits les plus frais et de meilleure qualité qui soient, ainsi qu'une sélection exceptionnelle de millésimes canadiens. Having first exceeded my record on the height front, improved record by 9 floors to eat at this establishment, I then looked at the wine list. Balanced yet fullsome, in the buxom sense, and broad rather than ostentatious coverage. As I only drink Old World wines, plumped for a Brunello di Montalcino. Sommelier no questions; decanted. Proper chap. It was perfect for me. Riedel glass for enhanced quaffability, as an informative aside. Just good form. To the food. Starter was an Onion Soup, rather soup within a hollowed out onion. Marvellous. Flavour Flav, do believe the hype and optically most pleasing. Mainers - Pork Chop - asked for no bones and no fat, and hold the asparagus. Delivered as requested, no fuss. Very good indeed. General observation on the important hydration perspective... Restaurant water is Canadian. Well done on that choice. The previous nights Toronto restaurant was one was from Finland. Too much virtue signalling for me. Sommelier, table service and ambience all top rank. Written review before the bill arrived, it was that satisfying. Not that this is an issue. In summary.... Best dining experience in Toronto. Balance for fine wine, food and service hits the sweet spot. Well done to the team at this restaurant.

Server helped us select our cocktails, and even suggested a swap for my wife’s second drink based on her opinion of drink #1.

Radek our server was awesome entertained us with great charming stories and tried to cater to my needs as I try to eat halal! The ambience of the room was beautiful the views were simply breathtaking!! I am in love with the spot the food was marvellous the duck and foie gras was cooked to perfection the scallops were a beautiful medley to my mouth and the cheesecake was to die for!!

We had the “no dairy” tasting service. Pricey, yes, but absolutely amazing! You’ll feel full by the end.

Dinner was absolutely fabulous! Salad, bread, salmon, short ribs and sugar pie for dessert. Gorgeous Rose wine with dinner. Limoncello spritzer as an aperitif. Best meal in a restaurant in a long, long time. Maybe ever!

The service was amazing! Beautiful space and we really enjoyed the food but the drinks and presentation were the two things that stood out to us. I recommend trying the pork chops and their lychee martini.

We had an amazing meal/time. Staff were very friendly and professional. Tried the tasting menu and enjoyed it so much. Will definitely be back.

The staff at Canoe were so welcoming and attentive. My family had a lovely meal with an incredible view. It was one of the highlights of our special day. Thank you!
