A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N. Northwest Highway) in 1997, he was sharpening his professional – and knife – skills at several well-respected Chicago dining establishments including Ambria, Spiagia, Un Grand Cafe and the Park Hyatt. Joe lives in Park Ridge, a few short miles from the restaurants, so expet to see him in both restaurants assuring a quality experience for his customers. On days off, Joe can be found at home with his wife, Mary Kay and their 3 boys. Reservations by phone: 773-775-0909.     Perfect spot for a warm summer night. Outdoor dining or sit indoors next to the windows that totally open. The food was delicious and the wait staff very attentive. We will definitely return.

    I love brunch at Open Table! Whether I order breakfast (omelette), lunch (crevettes — shrimp — salad), or dinner (burger or steak & eggs), I leave happy! I also love the bottomless Mimosas!

    Food was good, cocktails excellent and good value given all the rising prices at other restaurants. Kinda old school French bistro style with lots of outdoor seating but still intimate....highly recommended for date night or upscale large gatherings

    I love everything about cafe touché it’s my favorite local restaurant. I did notice they are changing a few for cc use tho. which is ridiculous.

    This is the only restaurant I go to on my birthday. Last night we sat at the bar for the first time. We had a blast! Love the Lyonnaise Salad. Love the bartender’s service. Loved everything.

    Went to Café Touché for Mothers Day dinner with a party of four. We arrived 30 mins early, Café was busy but they were able to seat us straight away. Food was great, service was friendly and engaging. All over a very pleasant evening out.
