Food was delicious and service was pleasant. I think there were a few large parties in attendance so it did take quite a bit of time to get our food but we enjoyed our dining companions’ conversation so overall it didn’t matter.

Everything served to our table was delicious! Our server was Chris and he was SO NICE!! We were a little hurried, as we had a show to go to. Chris managed to keep things moving and keep us on time, but we never felt rushed. We had a very enjoyable meal.

I wish we had the choice of which dining room we would like to be seated in. I would’ve chosen the front dining room instead of the far back dining room by the kitchen.

Very professional when you walk in the door and got us seated immediately. (We did have a reservation). Shannon was our waitress and she was superb!! The food was excellent!!!

We had excellent service coupled with amazing recommendations. My party was celebrating a birthday and the server took note and surprised us with a candle-lit dessert. Best culinary experience to date. :)

We sat down for dinner at 8:45. Most of the people were gone as we were finishing our dinner. A rat was cruising through the dining room while we waited for our dessert. It past by us a couple times and the waiter saw it too. She didn’t charge us for dessert. Not a good experience!

First time eating at a restaurant this nice, everything was good as I’d want it to be. Was my anniversary and we had the best time and really enjoyed the food and drinks, thank you will definitely come again.

Gracious and friendly service. The appetizers and dessert were outstanding; the entree I ordered (scallops) was overwhelmed by the strong flavors of the sauce. Overall, definitely recommend!

Cafe Lurcat rarely disappoints for a nice dinner, but we appreciate their consistently good service. The Sunday prix fixe menu deal is a good deal. The only thing we miss is that they no longer serve their delicious warm bread and butter.

Great atmosphere and great food! My only complaint was that we had an early reservation so there wasn’t that many people in the restaurant and the hostess sat a group right next to us when the entire restaurant was empty. With barely anyone in the restaurant, we can hear every word spoken next to us and vise versa. Felt very exposed when I was trying to have an intimate date.

We went for Easter brunch, which was delicious. Only real complaint was that it was served family style - and our 4-top table wasn’t really big enough for all those dishes. We felt cramped and needed to juggle things to make room from time to time, and had a couple mishaps with spilled drinks and dropped utensils that the wait staff didn’t notice until we asked for help. That said, we’ll be back - but maybe will request a bigger table next Easter.

Easter brunch was outstanding..and was served family style, a vast improvement from a buffet table..easier for them too, i would imagine. Everything was excellent. The only slight improvement i might suggest would be to bring the five course in two phases rather than all together: eggs/bacon and salad first,, the two meats and veggies second so they were a little warmer..but even the latter were still fine.

Our family of 10 had a lovely Easter brunch here last Sunday. The food was served family style, and everyone commented how delicious everything was. Service was excellent, prompt and friendly. We also really enjoyed the views of the Loring Park from the enormous windows. Great vibe!

Service was awesome! Food was very disappointing for the price point. The best part of the food was the side veggies with the steak and the doughnuts. I have had good food in the past at restaurant week, but all of our entrees were mediocre.

I love coming to Lurcat. Always has great service and the menu changes enough but not to much to where I can’t find my old favorites. I tried the new scallops appetizer and the chicory salad. Both were out of this world. I Then had my old stand by, the seabass! It’s perfect every time. Can’t wait to come back.

We used to love coming here to Cafe Lurcat. I love the setting of the building. The wonderful sofas and coffee table areas to eat at are sadly gone. The food was average. Not as good as before the pandemic. I hope they keep trying - maybe a new chef?

Beautiful earlier dinner by the window. I recommend going an hour or so before sunset. Food was delicious and our service was perfect. We had a sitter for 3 hours and our server turned our meal into a 4-course so we could take our time. The support staff were also great. Felt well taken care of. Worth the spend; dinner for two was $250ish for four courses and drinks. Thanks.

Always a great experience at Lurcat. I had not been there in a long time since I moved from Minneapolis during the pandemic. I found that the food, experience and service are as exquisite as ever. However, it has gotten very pricy.
