Café Izmir is a small, neighborhood restaurant located on Lower Greenville where guests can enjoy home-cooked Mediterranean tapas. Our concept is simple; fresh, healthy food prepared daily and available seven days a week. Mama Nazy"s old world recipes capture the essence of Greek, Turkish, Lebanese and Persian cuisine. Celebrated my friends birthday here and had a great dinner experience. Marcelo, our waiter was amazing! We had appetizers…meat dolmas, caprese salad, and white wine. For entrees, chicken kebab and meat kebab plates with side salads and a Malbec wine. No complaints but would’ve picked a lighter red wine next time. Desert was a chocolate mouse cake that was light & delicious. Really enjoyed the music selection it kept you going.

They have the best middle eastern food and hummus! The staff and always super friendly and attentive. We’ve been going since it opened.

There is NO HUMMUS like this in the world - sounds dramatic? I am passionate about it. I have been going to this restaurant since it started. Still the same, yummy, healthy food. Thank you for what you do.

Everything we tried was fabulous. the homemade pita and hummus was a great start. kabobs, cabbage wrap, dolmas, tabouli and veggies were fresh and delicious. no full bar but very nice wine options. service was friendly. we tried alot and will be back.
