It was the desire to share our Sicilian heritage and Sicilian cuisine that prompted the family to buy an older neighborhood diner and create a new, warm, comfortable family ristoranté in Little Italy, “Café Gia Ristoranté.” We have strived very hard to recreate a Sicilian bistro, a place where one feels like they are in Sicily while dining. There are always delicious and creative options to choose. Love the polenta and ossobuco. Don't miss the chocolate creme brulee.

We had a delicious meal in this quaint and cozy authentic Italian restaurant. Gia the matriarch was lovely as was the rest of her family. Our meals were awesome and fresh!

Really outstanding. One of the best Italian restaurants I have had the pleasure to enjoy. The burrata antipasto was unique and amazing. Gia’s take on manicotti was the best. The casoncelli was otherworldly. Great friendly service.

We have been going to little Italy for years my wife grew up in Baltimore so she has her favorites and we tend to just go there. This time I booked Gia’s and it’s our new favorite. We are doing sorry we did not try it sooner. Beautiful place and the owner is amazing came out and spoke with us and her whole staff was great. The only thing better was the food!! Absolutely great place to eat from appetizers to dessert. Do yourself a favor eat here!!!!

Server was very attentive. Recommendation on the lemon martini was great. Food was outstanding and enjoyed conversation with the owner. The maitre d" stopped over at the end of the meal and asked how we enjoyed the meal. Only critique is that the busser came over too quick to remove our dishes - minor in the whole scheme of dinner. Would definitely go back again, as it was a wonderful meal with great service!

Food was bad. Lasagna had barely any meat, special entree was terribly salty. Salads soggy. They moved us after already seated and having drinks to accommodate another group that came in and we got stuffed between 2 large groups of screaming kids. Then they told OpenTable we were a no show for our reservation. Ate here once before and it was mediocre but this was bad. Never again.
