Cluny has been a neighborhood canteen for years. The food is fine. The prices are above-average for the fare. The ambience and service are generally friendly, but best to avoid peak hours indoors as it can border on the frantic - unless, of course, you like that sort of thing.

Cafe Cluny has been one of my favorite restaurants for years - and it never disappoints. Even on a very busy night, you are never rushed and the service is always polite and courteous. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

One of my favorite places, but the servers are sometimes very intrusive, even when they see that we are talking intently. Better if they just pass by and I’ll let them know if I need something

Love the charm of this west village neighborhood restaurant. Quaint and understated interior, lively and casual atmosphere, great service, and a menu featuring many good options (homemade ravioli, omelette, burger). Last visit, I ordered a special app (roasted leeks) that was very good.

I love the chicken au jus! It's delicious. I get it every time I'm there. The chicken pot pie, not so much. Sorry, it's not flavorful, needs improvement. The servers are always excellent.

Food and ambiance were fantastic. The service however, was so rushed! Despite numerous hints, our server(s) kept coming at us and rushed all three courses. We were in/out in roughly one hour - and this was meant to be a special occasion evening. No one was waiting for tables - why the rush? Too quick of service is just as bad as slow service.

The main dish was very good. Food is pricey. Server said we could get separate checks and them when we asked for the checks she said we could not. There was some confusion with the dessert order and the chocolate chip cookies were hard.

The beyond beef burger with goat cheese was delicious. The salmon ordered medium rare was perfect. Tasty zucchini fries too. Wonderful staff.
