Le Cabezon Restaurant and Fish Market vous accueille dans un bistrot de fruits de mer et un magasin de poisson animé de quartier. Ouvert en décembre 2009, le Cabezon est situé à proximité des quartiers de Hollywood et de Rose City Park. Il propose une cuisine côtière de saison élaborée avec passion en fonction des produits du jour provenant des producteurs locaux et de la générosité du Pacifique Nord-Ouest. Les propriétaires, le chef David Farrell et le sommelier Jackie Speck, se feront un plaisir de vous régaler avec un menu unique comprenant de la viande et du poisson locaux cuits au feu de bois, des pâtes faites maison et des glaces de saison. Il vous fera profiter d'une sélection de vins qui honore les petits producteurs traditionnels.

We've eaten here several times and have always had a great experience. Something seemed amiss this time. Our waiter was slightly off and we had a miscommunication on our order with soups and salads. The ciopini seemed flat and not fresh. The caesar dressing seems too sharp. Overall, disappointing. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Portland, but we were seriously let down this time out.

Outstanding. It is a little neighborhood gem with a seafood-heavy, Spanish-accented menu. Each dish was exquisitely executed (fun watching the open-kitchen chefs at work). All three courses (four if you count the craft cocktails) were phenomenal. The cioppino rivaled anything served in SFO, and the cauliflower soup topped with Dungeness crab was velvety smooth; each bite rich with flavor. Don't skip dessert. Our lavender creme brulee was delightful, not too sweet, and with a light herb essence.

Excellent meal, ambience and service. Could not have asked for more for my husband's birthday. I don't think that we left a crumb on our plates and I am Not a big eater. That is not because the portions were small, they were ample. It is just that the food was so well prepared and delicious that I didn't want to let a bit of it go to waste! My husband agreed. He had a sampling of oysters, we shared an appetizers of shrimp risotto and for the entrees my husband had cioppino and I had the ling cod. My cod came with with gnocchi, oyster mushrooms, asparagus, cipollinis and ramp-pistachio pesto. It was so much fun to fork through all of the tasty little morsels I almost forgot to eat the delicious fish. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic food and top notch wine selection. This will be the first restaurant I visit next time I’m in Portland. Everything we had was excellent. Both salads, the cheese board, rock fish, chocolate pot, etc. Reasonable prices too!
