Each month, these sumptuous creations will grace the menu, offering diners the opportunity to explore the distinct tastes and techniques of a varied lineup of culinary experts. This second annual series begins with a taste of Chef Emeril Lagasse's exquisite Seared Scallops, available from June 1-30.
