RJ, Jerrod et Molly, en collaboration avec le chef Doug Psaltis, ont créé leur propre destination de choix, là où les amateurs de musique country peuvent profiter d'un cocktail, prendre une bouchée et avoir du plaisir. Le chef Psaltis a créé le nouveau menu du Bub City en mettant l'accent sur l'authentique cuisine au barbecue. Food was good. A bit overpriced. Half rack of ribs was served with a half piece of buttered white bread and a child size portion of slaw. Mac n cheese with chili was served with a drizzle of chili. The wings were tiny. Service was ok, but we felt rushed out the door. VERY noisy.

I do not venture to the city much because of anxiety. I don’t eat at unfamiliar restaurants much b/c of food allergies. We met some family at Bub City and enjoyed it so very much! The music was great! The food was delicious and our wait staff was fabulous!! They were so knowledgeable about allergies and that made it such a nice experience. We will be back and soon!! 💕

We had an amazing night. The music and the staff were awesome!! We had some drinks and chicken tenders. Delicious! I would definitely recommend this country bar in the heart of Chicago.

Bub City is simply an experience that is a must! The food, atmosphere, music but mostly the servers to the management is what makes Bub City not only a Chicago must, it’s a destination.

The fried pickles were absolutely amazing! Perhaps the best I’ve had yet. The service felt a little rushed; the desert was brought in before we were done with our main course. Apart from that, it was a good experience!
