We were here for brunch celebrating a graduation and couldn’t have been better! Steven and Lindsey were our servers and were very attentive and accommodating with our two year old. Great brunch experience for a special occasion.

The jazz players were very entertaining and exciting to watch. The staff were all very professional and friendly but I didn’t love the turtle soup

Looks and glossy write ups were deceiving. Party of 8, half had good pork chops & redfish. Other half had terrible filet and room-temp bbq shrimp. Turtle soup was hands down horrible for everyone. Food Service slow but drink service fast to run up the bill during lengthy wait for food.

Very disappointing food was not good service was terrible and the waiter tried to charge us for two bottles of wine and the bill good thing we reviewed it they tried to cheat the table next to us the same thing. I will never come back here again and I will recommend against it every chance that I have Ownership ruined a beautiful restaurant

My husband has been nonstop talking about our brunch at Broussard. Highly highly recommend. My husband is not a brunch person but this really changed his mind. It’s was a lovely mother’s day Jazz brunch, service was amazing and the food, chefs kiss! We tried the fried green tomatoes, bbq shrimp, chicken and waffles and everything was amazing. The crystal glaze for the chicken is superb! $18 and make it bottomless, yes please!! 10/10 recommend!

Had been there before and had high expectations. Not met unfortunately. Wait staff was very apologetic. Had to apologize over 15 times for various failings. There was a big Party going on on the patio and that might have been the reason. Turtle soup ( roux was burnt) Duck and alligator sausage gumbo. Less than tasty. Oysters Broussard. Served cold. Camembert was good. Crab cake appetizer filled with crabmeat but scanty on hollandaise. I rarely post bad reviews here in New Orleans. But this was an exception.

Very nice staff and customer service. Drinks were great. Beautiful atmosphere. Ordered 3 filet Mignon for our party of 3, MW and one came out well done, one completely rare and the other MR. For $55 for steak, I would recommend hiring a cook that gets it or take it off the menu. After we told them they did bring us new steaks but you could tell they cut it in half and served us one filet for the two of us. And unfortunately one was still over cooked. They did take one off the bill but would rather of had my steak correct.

The service was unprofessional and not what I expect from a New Orleans Grand Dame restaurant. The food was overall pretty good but the scallop dish I ordered only had 3 scallops. My friend’s turtle soup was cold and my gumbo wasn’t great either. At least the oysters Broussard’s were good. All in all it wasn’t bad, but it just didn’t meet expectations.

The food itself and service was great, but for the jazz brunch we only heard jazz for about 5 minutes and before they were done playing. The tables felt very temporary and were incredibly wobbly and uneven as well. The men’s restroom was also in disrepair.

Our waitress and her partner were so kind and pleasant. The food and drinks were amazing. It was one of our absolute favorite restaurants and meals and we’ve been to dozens of restaurants on and around the quarter. We’ll absolutely make it here whenever we visit New Orleans.

Wonderful experience! We brought are 2 year old (I was nervous) the wait staff was so kind and catered to her. We had a lovely time! Food was amazing.

We were very excited to be back in New Orleans with our friends. Nice we had gone to Broussards the previous year and it was our fave - we wanted to go again. Well - something has changed. It might have been the night we went - but it was definitely off from the prior year. 2 of us were planning to order the Lamb Chops ( we both had them the prior year and they were outstanding) only to find out they were no longer on the menu. Sad change. The young lady taking care of our drink orders got our orders mostly incorrect and not fix was offered. Our waited was very nice but not nearly as good as the prior year. Overall our food was OK - not great. Service was OK - not great. Not sure what happened but it was definitely not the dining experience we have had previously' I strongly debated between and 3 and 4 star review - I ended up with a 4 but that was generous and mostly influenced by our previous experience and the hope that this was just an off evening. So, what was once one of our must go to restaurants - now, drops back to a maybe revisit.

Wonderful dinner experience! Service was exceptional, as was the food! I had the Bee’s Knees cocktail…excellent! The oysters Broussard was a delicious appetizer that came with 5 or 6 oysters and thick squares of bacon. The pork chop was recommended by our server, and it was the best pork chop I’ve ever eaten…flavorful and moist…perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the delicious southern greens and sweet potatoes that it came with. Both desserts we had were spot on… bread pudding and bananas foster which was prepared table side. Jajuan and Steven took good care of us!

Leider mussten wir 40 Minuten auf den Tisch warten und dann hatte man unsere Vorspeise vergessen Allerdings ist das Restaurant sonst sehr schön und wir saßen draußen - da war es ruhig Drinnen war es sehr kalt - da sollte man meiner Meinung nach etwas weniger aircon anschalten

First restaurant we ate after we checked in for our 4 day stay. Great service, extremely welcoming friendly and polite staff. A must have is the Louisiana crab cake appetizer. Savory, soft and delicious . Wish we ordered another! Entrees were the pork chop and duck which were wonderful. See pics. Although the restaurant is a half block from Bourbon, you felt like you were in an authentic New Orleans parlor dining room away from the chaos especially on a Saturday night .

If you are visiting NOLA, Jazz Brunch is a MUST. The food was delicious, drinks were wonderful, and the musicians were very kind and talented. Will return when we come back to NOLA!

Most of the items we ordered were tasty and were well presented. We started with the Oysters Broussard (5 pieces) which were quite good and the oysters were well complimented by the thick-cut bacon and the sauces. We tried the Creole Turtle Soup which was our first time ever having turtle soup. The flavor was excellent, the meat was shredded and it was more of a stew than a soup. Perhaps that's just how they do it in New Orleans. The main course is where it fell off the rails. We ordered the Sea Scallops Grenobloise. Everything about the plate was very good. Presentation and flavors were wonderful except the scallops themselves. As the plate was tabled, the fishy smell was strong. I asked the server if this was to be expected for this meal and she assured me it was. All of them had a bitter taste and one was sandy. We sent it back and were comped for it, our dessert, a Grand Marnier Creme Brulee (delicious!) and a Cappuccino. Our server, Carlessa, was moderately attentive (she should look at all of her tables every time she enters the room, I couldn't catch her attention on 3 separate occasions). Cloth napkins and table covers added to the beautiful ambiance and classiness of the restaurant.

Hands down the best dining experience we had in New Orleans. The servers were over the top wonderful and kind. The Jazz brunch musicians were extraordinary (though I would have enjoyed more than just the 1 song, but that's okay...would have distracted me from my warm AND DELICIOUS food). Loved it!

The service was a wonderful here! The food was OK. My poached egg was hard and not soft poached, and the pork belly on my Benedict was overcooked and very chewy. The potatoes were good. My husband had a perfect Benedict. We went on Sunday for the jazz brunch and they were wonderful. I also like the fact that the bartender made a special drink to my request that was not on the menu. I would probably go back and give it another shot, but maybe instead of brunch.

There was a large wedding reception while we were there and several large groups of students eating before a formal. This took away from the ambiance and the service, I think. I wanted a meal that was more intimate. Also, I was looking forward to the business casual dress code, but this is obviously not enforced. Short/leggings/tshirts were worn by several guests. Food was good, not great. I don’t necessarily need to go back next time I’m in NOLA.
