    We used to visit Bristols more frequently but the last handful of times, the steaks were never cooked correctly so somebody didn't get to eat at the same time as everyone else which is disappointing. My wife and I visited again last night and ordered steaks cooked medium and mine was medium well while hers was cooked well. I made due with mine but hers needed to be re-cooked only to come back as rare to medium rare. At this point we were an hour into the visit so we didn't ask them re-cook the steaks so we left hungry and disappointed.

    Our Food was fantastic everything was excellent and we cannot give Jacob, our waiter, enough accolades! How lucky we were to have him take care of us! Nothing was too much for him. Thank you Jacob!!!

    Took my mom for Mother's Day as they advertised on their website both a price fix menu and buffet. Arrived and found out there was no buffet. Was not the only group there to experience this as I heard several people mentioning it. My mom was disappointed they had no breakfast options. Thought about leaving, but stayed as any other place would be too bust by this time. Ordered a salad and it was good. The waitress was friendly.

    Very noisy. There was a rehearsal dinner going on in the area where we were sitting--25+ people. Very loud. We could barely carry on a conversation at our table. The food and our waiter, Matt were outstanding! We went here for our anniversary, a little disappointed at the noise level. Also, it took longer than usual to get our food probably because the restaurant was crowded/busy. We have been to Bristol Seafood many times and we enjoy the food. Never had a bad meal.

    We have never had a bad experience at Bristol in O'Fallon. Food is always great and service is always top notch as well.

    Everything met expectations. It was busy and therefore many conversations contributed to the moderate noise level. 1/2 price bottles of wine on Sundays is always a bonus.
