Food was great, as always. Service was a little slow, I think the waitstaff were overtaxed that night, looked like they were a few waiters short. Noisy atmosphere, I asked for a table out of the main thoroughfare, but didn’t get one.

The place was simply breath taking upon initial impression. I took my son here for his 14th birthday and we were highly pleased from the initial greeting which was almost immediate, to the care each person displayed to us. Our Maitre d was exquisite and the two servers we had were amazing! The food…. Left nothing to be desired. We ordered the crispy calamari, the spicy cauliflower, shrimp scampi, filet mignon with potatoes and mushroom red wine sauce, salad, lobster bisque soup, crème brule, and the mixed berries. My son also received a free dessert to go. Every last dish delivered sheer quality. The portions were appropriate, the price was reasonable and the environment was appropriate for a romantic setting, an intimate conversation or family time for more adult kids. I enjoyed myself truly. We will be returning. 10/10.

As I entered, I was greeted warmly by the hostess who promptly seated me at my table. Despite my guests arriving about 15 minutes later, our server Ryan ensured that I was well attended to, catering to my needs with attentiveness. The service throughout was exceptional, complemented by delicious food and just the right ambiance for a delightful dinner experience.

The food was trash for the price. The mac and cheese had no cheese. They put way too much garlic and cheese in the twice baked potato. They need more non-alcoholic drinks. We had the watermelon thing and that was disgusting. We paid $195 for this and I will not be going back. The customer service was amazing. I really loved our waiter

We went for Mother's Day Brunch. There were 7 of us, including 2 children. The food and staff were amazing. It was very quiet in the restaurant, however. We could have used some light music, I think. Also, mimosas or coffee drinks should be included for the price of the meal. The drinks were a bit overpriced. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and it was delicious. We all went home full and happy.

This visit was far and away the best that I’ve had at Bristol. My husband and I have been many times before and we have often visited for special occasions. On this visit, we had a party of four. Tony was our server and he was the best server that we’ve ever had at Bristol. He was terrific. Every person that visited our table was terrific, from the biscuit server on up. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our visit. We will return.

Hostess, excellent! Waitress excellent! Champagne 1/2 price excellent! Omelette Station needs at least if not 2 more servers/ cooks due to the long wait. Twenty minute wait at least. Selection was varied, good choices , however not seasoned as expected. Beef and Ham stations especially. Caesar salad was out once, then gone and back again. Same with chicken wings. Biscuits dry , no soup . Lots of desserts and delicious chocolate dip strawberries. Price was fine due to the variable items and choices.

Hello, thank you for your candid assessment. We started the brunch back at the end of the year and we are still perfecting some of our systems. On Sunday I actually spoke to the chef about adding another burner for omelets and making sure there is someone to back them up when there is a lot of volume. We do try to keep smaller amounts on the line, so that it remains hot and fresh, but we should be adjusting for volume there as well. I hope we blow you away next time. Richard Heisler, GM

I have been celebrating special occasions at this restaurant for many years. I was pleased with the service and attention we got from everyone. The choice of dishes was great except for one green vegetable, which was were thought to cut but fortunately, it was replaced with a second option without any problem. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I had scallops and my wife had salmon. Both entrées were excellent. The waiter, Laura, did a great job as well. She was attentive but not obtrusive. We were sitting by the kitchen, it a little noisy but not overly offensive. We enjoyed our meal tremendously and will return.

Revisited this local favorite with friends. Inside, the old school ambiance is familiar and comfortable. Great service. Prices have gone up naturally, but all was tasty and fresh.

Decided to dine at Bristol for our anniversary dinner. Upon being seated we ordered our food and was basically ignored the remainder of the time that we dined. The waiter visited every other table in the area besides ours. I had to get up and ask the manager to provide the ticket so that we could leave. Worst decision I could have made eating there. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Better off paying more for better service.

We’ve eaten here so many times over the years. This is the first time we’ve ever left feeling disappointed. We ordered the platter that comes with all kinds of different seafood. We get it every time. We love it! The oysters were small and not great. The shrimp was chewy, almost inedible. The lobster and crab legs were great! The shrimp scampi was good. The Bang Bang shrimp was really underwhelming and I’m not sure I would get that again. All of the main courses were just so far off from what we typically expect. I ordered the surf and turf, with a 6 oz filet and crab cakes. The filet was the thinnest filet I’ve ever seen. The Brussel sprouts were so undercooked that I couldn’t chew them. I like them crispy but these were borderline raw. Another member of our party ordered the Cowboy Ribeye. It came out undercooked. Ordered it medium and it came out medium rare. The same thing happened with another persons Scallops entree. The larger of the scallops were cooked perfectly but the small ones were way overcooked and the risotto was on the bland side. The timing of the dishes coming out was way off, too….to the point of feeling rushed. We ordered 4 appetizers and 3 of our party also ordered soups/salads. The main course was coming out before we had finished…like, way before. Since we’ve had so many great experiences here, we’ll certainly give it another go soon. I just hope this isn’t a sign of things to come.

Celebrated a 96th Birthday! We were pleased to be seated in a private area that could be closed with curtains. Food was excellent. What really made it terrific was server, Rebecca.... we have not had that kind of attentive (without being annoying) service in a long time. She was fun, informative, cheerful and a joy. It was very good, not perfect, but the fact that it was quite quiet and that the service was excellent made it a very good choice for us. Seems pretty pricey for what you get, but I did appreciate the coupon that was sent in advance. I would go back!

The salad and the Brussels sprouts were not up to par. Brussels sprouts were very hard (under cooked) and taste less. The salad had very little lettuce for what paid for them.
