    As always the service was impeccable and the food even better! We went for our anniversary and got a yummy slice of chocolate cake to finish it off. Highly recommend.

    Dinner was amazing! Service was great food was exceptional! We were there celebrating my son’s birthday and our server was fabulous. Attention to detail was on point. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we were recommended an amazing appetizer. I have been before but have not been in a few years and we are definitely putting it back into our dining rotation.

    Based on this past visit to Bristol Creve Couer I would not return. We were celebrating birthday for a friend but also as a business owner, I was also looking for a place to conduct client meetings. My friends wife suggested this place as she use to bring clients here in the past. During our visit at Bristol our waitress Angela meet us with hostility throughout the entire visit in addition to acusing us of trying to get more food than what was ordered. There was a miss communication on what exactly was missing when the food came out, the server who brought the food was nice enough and went back to the kitchen to get missing items and have the steak cooked longer as Angela did not ask how my pregnant friend wanted her steak cooked. The manager was called over after the accusations made by Angela. The manager Phil came over listened to what happened and offered to change our Waitress. Although he agreed our waitress attitude was substandard of this establishment and the food server handled everything accurately he offered no apologies for what happened. Our new waitress Laura was great and Joan, a different server that came over to check on our table was nice as well. It's unfortunate that we go to an "upscale" restaurants and get service the equivalent to a red lobster. A simple I apology from the manager would have gone a long way.

    Ambience was nice, however, the leaky porch was an obvious indicator of the upkeep of the place. The fresh seafood dishes sounded appetizing, but the preparation was nothing to praise. There are more ways to prepare seafood other than pan searing alone, however, that seamed to be the only option this restaurant had to offer. I will attest that the appetizers and some of the other dishes on the regular menu were satisfactory.

    I am sorry that you did not enjoy your recent visit. We have a work order in place for our front porch and we are going through a very big remodel and update, both exterior and interior. We can prepare fish any way you'd like. We do enjoy guests being able to taste the fish through searing our our mesquite wood grill, but we can blacken, fry, broil, etc almost anything. Please give us another shot and I am sure you'll have a better time. Richard Heisler, GM
