Halibut was dry, swordfish was good. Gumbo was delicious and so were the biscuits. Our waitress was attentive and very pleasant.

Always good and great service. They just need to put Yukon gold mashed potatoes on the buffet.

Husband changed from their favorite lobster bisque to calimari. Waitress said when he complained that it was small stringy and no meat on it that someone else had complained last nite! She should have told him when he went to change order that there had been complaints and she didn’t offer to get the manager so we could be offered compensation !

Being gluten sensitive I ordered from their gluten friendly menu, but sadly I still felt ill upon leaving the restaurant and felt worse once I got home. A call to the restaurant and speaking to the manager I was assured that everything I selected was prepared carefully to obtain the standards of a meal I needed to be safe. I still have no idea how this could have happened…sadly.

Pamela I am sorry that you did not feel well after your visit. I know you spoke to Phil, last night, and that all of the items you had did not have any gluten in the recipe. We are a scratch kitchen so we cannot guarantee that our gluten sensitive menu items are completely free from any cross-contact. I will tell you that my son-in-law has a gluten and dairy allergy and our locations are one of the few places that he will go to anymore. We do take a lot of pride in being a top choice for those with similar food aversions and we want everyone to be safe. We will revisit at our line-ups and with the cooks the importance of maintaining an environment that is safe. I hope we can see you again soon. Richard Heisler, GM

Easy to make a reservation. Very nice atmosphere. Tony, our waiter, was outstanding. Attentive, efficient, personable with a good sense of humor. Our meal was delicious. Highly recommend Bristol for dinner!

Only got one roll and never brought more. Waiter poured water in my ice tea then never brought more ice team back. Expensive for a salad

The 6oz filet was wonderful as well as the asparagus risotto, whipped Yukon potatoes and the lobster mac & cheese. Best surprise of all was the return of a chocolate mousse cake after being discontinued a couple of decades ago! The staff was outstanding and the Manager was visibly working and very present. Overall it was a delightful experience.
