Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

Everything was Great !!! The food and service of everyone was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that I know.

I think the band was playing quite loud which is fine except we were seated right beside them. I think there needs to be more space between the stage and the guests. The service was pretty good but they do not tell you they will not be serving during the show which was a good portion of our meal. The food was alright. Overall the service carried the night

Server was acceptable, Goucho's "carvers" were scarce and the protein selection was cooked med-well. Overall, very expensive dinner for an unimpressive dining experience. Shame!

Awesome food and service my second visit but definitely not the last meat was juicy and tender service was quick and polite if you haven’t gone go lol

I had a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday. When I got the bill I was charged 79$ a person. When it was a Sunday and during the dine and save. She then gave me attitude about changing the price but then told me she could only take the dine and save off. Also wasn’t attentive to our table. We also didn’t get a birthday cake for my boyfriend’s birthday she just wanted us out. So I was not a happy camper with anything that occurred .

The food was good, and the salad bar was exceptional. Our waitress was good. My favorite piece was grilled pineapple. However, small parties' discrimination was obvious. Our table for two was in a very invisible area, almost secluded from the rest. We have been waiting for the second round of pineapple for a long time. When it eventually came over, it was an ungrilled middle part. And that happened a few times. Every time when they approached our desert place, it was that middle leftovers. When we expressed disappointment to the person who came with pineapple, he gave us some attitude. Overall, it was fine. Compared to many steak places around, for that price, we would get a better table and a pleasant atmosphere.
