The food is amazing. I had the black and grouper and my wife had the lobster tails. The brussels sprouts are to die for and Natalie. Our server was awesome. She always had a smile on her face and checked in on us a couple times. The experience at Branchwater was amazing.

The Appetizers were great and the dinner excellent we didn't eat it all took the main course mostly home...

Rilee did an awesome job. Was a bit disappointed that there was no more Tequilla for $5 Margaritas.

First time here and wouldn't eat here again. For the price, the service and food was subpar. Our waiter was very friendly, which, other than the fairly tender steak, was the only real positive thing about our meal. Some issues we experienced: * the temperature in the restaurant was unusually warm; not typical for restaurants *as we were led to our table we were informed that there was a "menu shortage" so all 4 of us would have to share. this is a first for us! *our drinks were not promptly refilled, empty glasses sat empty on the edge of the table in waiter's view *a food server brought out only one of our 4 meals and the other 3 of us sat for around 10 minutes waiting for ours. We were told that it was an accident and that our meals got mixed up with another table. It would've been nice if that one meal were removed and then replaced with a fresh one when the other meals were ready. But that was not done.

I made reservations for Mother's Day. It was not clear from booking that there was a special menu for the day - and how pricey it was. $49.95 per person for a brunch buffet, excluding drinks. Service was adequate, but not super attentive. My experience in the past was better - I do not think I will come back again.

Great service and great food. I had the grilled grouper with grits and collard greens. The server, Nathalie, was very accommodating and deserving of a great tip.

We enjoyed dining at a bar table with the bartender Alexis as our server. She’s very knowledgeable of the menu and offered great suggestion’s. Everything was tasty (Dill Grilled Salmon & Fried Buffalo Chicken sandwich - although it is mild and not spicy like you’d expect). The fries are excellent! The only item I wouldn’t recommend is the $10 Strawberry Shortcake dessert. It’s pricey for what you get and there is not enough toppings for a dry shortbread / biscuit. Adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream would make it a very nice dessert and make the $10 price make more sense.
