Le Boulevard est relié à l'emblématique Gerard Lounge à Sutton Place Hotel, au cœur du centre-ville de Vancouver. Everything from the Seafood Tower, main course, to the desert and drinks was absolutely outstanding. Both the sablefish dish as well as the current special of Garlic crusted Halibut were melt-in-your mouth divine! Seriously some of the best fish I’ve ever had and our family agreed. Chef Alex Chen and his team are magicians creating works of culinary art you won’t be disappointed with. Lastly, our server Dennis kept us thoroughly taken care of with entertained with witty banter and intriguing stories from the kitchen and beyond.

We,a group of 4 started with the seafood tower,it was excellent and very fresh.We then all had the different seafood dishes on offer,the long and scallops were the stand out dishes. Wine selection was huge,sommelier was helpful and new his wines. Overall an excellent dining experience!

Our Mother's Day brunch fell short of expectations. Despite our willingness to pay extra, the staff/kitchen showed no flexibility in accommodating additional items. We just asked for some bread and pastry and they did not have it. The coffee quality was disappointing, and our table was tucked away in a cold, isolated room. Staff attire was also outdated. Overall, a lackluster experience for such a special occasion.

All of the food ordered at our table was delicious and beautifully plated. The service was great and we had a lovely time. Highly recommend the beef carpaccio, grilled hanger steak and the Seared Hokkaido Scallops, replaced with prawns, was incredible! Our server was excellent and we may visit again during our stay in Vancouver. The food is so good, we were happy to dine here two evenings in a row!

We had the Sablefish which was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I followed with Rhubard crumble which I am guessing was re-constructed. It was ok but wouldn't have again😁

First time here and loved everything about it. Our server Jamison was top tier, food and drinks were top tier. Ambiance was perfect. A new favourite! Definitely in my top 3 for Vancouver.

Excellent ! We went there to celebrate our anniversary. Chelsea was our waitress, she was lovely and super knowledgeable. She was on top of it all and was very friendly. The food was amazing, everything was delicious and super fresh. I can’t wait to go back for another unforgettable meal at Boulevard!

Food was delicious! Definitely enjoyed that part. Cons: Front greeter did not give us Happy hour Menu when seated despite us still arriving 30min before Happy Hour ended. Had to ask waiter for it. Our waiter was short, abrupt, and seemed impatient. Nice, but definitely not what you expect out of a Vancouver higher end restaurant. If this is how most waiters treat their guests and tourists, it doesn't give Vancouver a good look especiallu since this restaurant is in a popular Downtown Hotel, The Sutton. We are local and was surprised by the service. This can make or break the dining experience. Luckily the food saved the evening. Compliments to the chef.

The overall experience was perfect, 10/10, terrific service, the courses were well explained in detail with enthusiasm. Our server was great, checked up on my partner and I quite frequently and tended to our needs promptly. The seafood tower was definitely a beautiful sight. It was a great date night, and we were put in a nice intimate location as I selected the date option from OpenTable. 10/10 recommend.

Boulevard consistently delivers. Food is excellent and meticulously presented. Chef Roger and his team are aces at what they do. Chef Kenta's desserts are stellar. Service is always attentive. You can't go wrong with Boulevard!

Very excellent on every level. Food was delicious. We shared a tomahawk steak with freinds. Could be the best steak we EVER had. Just fantastic. Service and ambiance was spot on. Very enjoyable evening. Looking forward to doing it again.

Our dinner of the Brant Lake Wyagu carpaccio, Seared Hokkaido scallops, lumina lamb shank was unique but very flavorful. The Salted sesame praline bar was to die for. The Smokin peaches cocktail made me fall in love with Scotch Whiskey again. We can hardly wait to come back and taste the rest of the menu. Our female server was exceptionally knowledgeable and charming.

first time here and already planning our next visit. lots of delicious options even if you’re not into sea food. great wine menu. ordered the small platter to share for dessert as we couldn’t choose just 2, very happy with our choices. friendly staff. would recommend to anyone looking for a nice date night.
