Installé dans le Bemis Bag building - ancienne chaufferie - datant de 1896, The Boiler Room est restaurant de cuisine franco-américaine moderne qui met l'accent sur la qualité des ingrédients utilisés. Le menu du chef Paul Kulik change quotidiennement en fonction de la disponibilité des produits agricoles locaux. Désormais ouvert six jours par semaine pour le souper, le restaurant offre des cocktails maison et une carte des vins basée sur des productions de l' « Ancien Monde ».

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The cocktails were unique and really tasty. The sirloin was delicious with an amazing crust and perfectly temped to med rare. The duck tasted bland and the sides were bland as well.

Food was absolutely delicious, interesting and inspired flavors used in the preparation and just cooked perfectly in general! The sommelier is excellent and recommended a wine that was perfect, so hats off to her! Lovely ambience as well. Great place to take someone for a special dinner!

Celebrated parents 50th anniversary. Staff took care of us with friendly service, while the kitchen brought the goods. Ribeye grilled perfect, Atlantic char amazing, great app and cheese offerings, and the bartender served up correct. Plus, the Old Market of Omaha has the spirit. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the Boiler Room! The food (Slovenian Wine Dinner) and wine pairings were excellent! The service was great and the courses were well-paced. Will be back and soon!

Our server was very nice, very accommodating & helpful with her information. The food was absolutely spectacular the drinks and cocktails were magnificent; we had a beautiful time did not feel rushed very lovely experience!

Got seated just above the chef station and was able to watch how cleanly and perfectly the chef and team create the dishes. Ordered the Wagyu Hanger steak and Oso Bucco for the wife. Both were excellent. The garlic sausage starter is also magnificent. Hats off to the chef!!

My wife had the Cornish hen and I had the Ossian Buccaneer and both were fantastic. Great drinks and our server-Jacob was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable about the menu items. Will definitely no back.

Honestly I woke up at 3am after the meal just thinking about it. It was hands down one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. We had the Wagyu Ribeye and Fish & Chips, and if I wasn't full I would have ordered it again. A must visit, can't stress this enough. Just go. Now.

Due to a 25+ group, the very nice hostess had to double as our server but did great. We got placed in a back four table area by restrooms and an employee door with no real view of restaurant so it was the worst table in the house. The menu changes and is very limited, especially for my wife that does not eat most meats. But she had swordfish and I had Wagu sirloin. The dishes were over the top in flavor and perfect preparation. Her cocktail was room temperature and was a 2 on a five point scale. Other greats though: butter for bread was superb. The charcuterie board was a wonderful mix of outstanding flavors of meats, mustard, and a marmalade.

Finally some great service. Since Covid, good service at almost every restaurant. I assumed the good waiters all left the business when the restaurants shut down. Food was good, no complaints there.

Everything that should happen, did. It was our 10th Anniversary and they had that printed on the top of our menu. The service was impeccable and the food was superb. We got our favorite requested table and had a romantic evening. It a joy to have a restaurant like that in Omaha!

Have been several times before and took family from out of town there this time. Food was excellent but menu was very limited and uninspired compared to previous experiences. Service and ambiance still very good.

First off the Pork Belly was insane! I have eaten at 3 - 3 Michelin star restaurants and I will say this could be a dish at any of them. The Duck was cooked to perfection and the sear was spot on along with the presentation. You can tell all of the cuts of meat were top notch and nothing was skimped on. One downside and this is bing picky is the flat iron steak had that burnt char, but was just a little much. The steak was tender and lovely. Dessert was the star of the night. We had the Chocolate pots de creme and the brown butter & pecan semifreddo. Both were rivals, you just can't beat the brown butter & pecan semifreddo. Might be one of the best desserts I have ever had the opportunity to enjoy. Go and enjoy!

Ingredients were high quality, but details were a bit lacking. Sourdough bread was cold and the butter was hard, so spreading it was difficult. Both lacked salt. Charcuterie had no cheese and sparse amount of crackers. The meals also seemed lacking in salt. First world probs? For sure. But at Boiler Room prices? Expectations should be higher.

As always, the Boiler Room lives up to its reputation. Attentive wait staff without being over bearing. Very good wine list. Leans more heavily into Europe, but nice California selections as well. The apps and entrees are well thought out and wonderful in execution! Deserts, why of course! Nice selection here too. No hesitation in saying one of our favorites in Omaha.
