    Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Christina took great care of us and made my birthday feel so special. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the menu and information about the chef and restaurant. Enjoyed the best French 75 cocktail, French baguette from El Camino bakery with cultured butter, toasted to perfection. Also, enjoyed the pommes soufflés which I could only describe as potato clouds that are fried and served with a tangy dipping sauce (cannot remember the name.) For mid course I had the Kanpachi Crudo which was wonderfully light, the grapefruit and ponzu sauce added great flavor with a slight heat from fresh slivered shishito peppers. Also, the “Arpege” Salad, which was much larger than I expected nice and light. Shallots, radish, fresh green beans gave great crunch along with the walnut praline which was to die for! For dinner I had the Diver Scallop with Caramelized Brussels Sprouts and Brown Butter Truffle Vinaigrette. The Brussels are cooked down, low and slow and melt in your mouth. This dish comes with one scallop, but I do wish I added another to allow myself to be completely full ($17/scallop). My fiancé had the bolognese, which was rich and meaty. You do get a lot of sauce, so make sure you refill your bread (if ordered as a starter) to eat with the leftover sauce! He also ordered the Red Heritage Chicken, a single chicken breast with skin on (super crispy) and truffle risotto, which was very truffle heavy and delicious! The restaurant treated me to a scoop of fresh strawberry ice cream, with a tiny piece of cake and I ordered the Chocolate Terrine to share with my fiancé . The terrine was delicious. I could compare it to super rich fudge. Served with Sicilian Pistachio, Maldon Salt (for crunch) and Arbequina Olive Oil drizzled on top. This desert was very earthy and could make a person who does not like their desserts too sweet very happy. Overall had an incredible experience and will most definitely be back.

    Dining for our anniversary, we did not skimp :) Bread service, "puffed" potatoes, and beef Wellington to share. My husband also had the Arpege salad and candy bar dessert. I had salted vanilla ice cream. Started with a Boca old-fashioned and a negroni, and shared a red blend. A small take home and some wine went home. Mitch was a great server. Knowledgable, professional and not intrusive. Magic hands kept my water glass filled . Looking forward to our next visit.

    Loved Boca! My daughter and I were so impressed with the excellent service as we were having difficulty deciphering how the menu was laid out. Our waiter kindly explained the small plate concept and some of the menu items that we didn't quite understand. His recommendations were delicious with many items coming with a sauce pored on at the table. Our favorite was the Charred Leeks, who knew a simple vegetable could look so fashionable and taste so wonderful. Although not normally dessert fans we loved the Candy Bar 3.0 which was the perfect size for sharing. I most certainly will return but be advised if you are looking for large portions of beef this might not be the place for you.

    I hope Boca isn’t slipping- very hit and miss, pomme frites were greasy and forgotten about, the Brussels sprouts were dry and hard ( not the usual perfection) scallops were undercooked, the crudo and pea and lobster pasta were wonderful however. Worried about consistency maybe because it was a Monday…
