Boca Chica Mexican Restaurant vous sert une savoureuse et authentique cuisine mexicaine. Depuis 1964, Guillermo et Gloria Frias vous ouvrent les portes de leur restaurant qui peut accueillir seulement 28 clients. Aujourd'hui, le Boca Chica a évolué et est considéré comme "l'un des meilleurs restaurants mexicains dans les Twins Cities" selon le Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine. L'authenticité des plats est conservée, car tout est cuisiné de A à Z avec des ingrédients frais et en respectant les façons de faire anciennes. Our food and service was very good, but the kitchen kept getting our order wrong. Our waitress did everything to accommodate but we ended up eating something we didn’t order (but very good anyway).

Party of two seated promptly. Offered water as soon as we sat down. Waitress was taking our drink and app order within 5 min. Drinks arrived 5 min later and food order was taken. Dinners delivered within 15 minutes. Food was very good. The band walked table to table playing instruments and singing. Great job.. all enjoyed it. The only negative was the chardonnay wine tasted like some strong disinfectant was used to clean the glass.

A family favorite. Generous portions at a reasonable price. Great drinks and excellent service. They’ll accommodate almost any request. I can’t have raw onion and they’ve never once gotten my order wrong.

We were seated by the door leading to the patio. One of our chairs was continually bumped when wait staff or customers went through the door. We picked up our menus and utensils and moved to a table one over. A few minutes later, the manager came over and loudly scolded us for several minutes in front of other customers and employees. We were told that we had no right to move tables without consulting the host. The restaurant was not even half full and many tables were open. Why were we given this high traffic and uncomfortable table in the first place? The manager said it didn’t matter and we could stay at the new table. If so, why scold us in this manner at all??? Very unprofessional and not customer friendly and totally unnecessary. Our waiter was great and the food was delicious as always.

Love the food at Boca Chica! But, their service had changed, server never offered chips (I know they’re not free anymore), took very long to bring our drinks, never asked us if we wanted another tho our glasses were all empty. No silverware at the table—our food came and we had to wait long time for silverware! Other than that the atmosphere is beautiful and festive and as always, the food is EXCELLENT! Two of us had Guisado De Puerco, two had Carnitas…so good!!

Brunch buffet was very good. Ample options of Mexican and Midwest breakfast items. Staff is always amazing here. The food is consistently good, flavorful but not so exotic that it will scare picky eaters away. They've been around since the 60s ... they have to be doing something right!

This has been a favorite restaurant for me since my teenage years (many decades ago) I go for the Sopa & Mexican (real) Coca-Cola and stay for the ambience and wonderful food. The service is always warm and welcoming. If you are looking for authentic cuisine and a beautiful setting, this is the place for you.

Boca Chica is more than just a neighborhood favorite. It's known throughout the area for its delicious and authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex food. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Whenever my European friends are in town, they beg us to take them to Boca Chica. It's great for families and great for couples, with very reasonable prices. Our bill for a family of four (with teenagers) was only $80, and we brought home leftovers.

Diego was a great young server who stayed on top put our table of ten. Food was loved by everyone. The Mi Tierra was delicious. A could have errors with placement of drinks on tab but pricing was the same so we did t buy her him to correct. We will all be back!!

As always, our experience was great. Food was delicious, service was prompt and courteous, and the atmosphere was very reliable. We will return!

The food was great and good value for your money. We were able to feed a group of five people with dinners and cocktails for under $100. The service was a little slow, but they were very busy.

I enjoy going there but when I make my reservation online and the online system asks me for special requests and I ask them to seat me in the patio dining area then when I get there, they look at me like I'm an idiot and sit me in the corner of the cold sitting area of the restaurant. Server didn't bring us silverware on time. Our food got cold. Not going back.

The only less than outstanding aspect was that our server seemed like she was hurrying us to get out. At one point she took my mother’s plate while she was eating her last bite! It was amusing at that moment, but not very good service. I think we were her last table before her shift finished so she was rushing to leave. As always the food and drinks were generous and outstanding.
