Had a nice meal at Bob’s. Service was great from the moment we walked in to when we left. I would go back again but would try a few different sides. All six of us did not like the mushrooms and the creamed corn was not a very good flavor and watery consistency. We all loved the Lobster Mac n cheese. It’s a sold choice for a meal downtown!

Waiter was great , food was very disappointing I had a crab cake starter which wasn’t as good as I’ve enjoyed at other Bob’s it was dry lacked the taste of crab and small. The Rack of Lamb was burnt to black and over cooked , the mash was too mushy. I’ve ordered and eaten this meal at other Bob’s and never been disappointed ( until last night) I didn’t send the meal back because I was very hungry and needed food , they did comp a carrot cake but it certainly didn’t make up for the poor quality meal that I’d eaten. I was staying in the hotel and had dined at the bar (Bob’s) the previous evening, the food quality was much better ( I had the duck) I will continue to dine at Bob’s just not at this one.

Everything about our dining experience at Bob’s Steak and Chop House was superb, from the ambiance, the delicious food, awesome service from Kaitlyn, and a delightful conversation with the General Manager Bryan. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend Bob’s to anyone!

Excellent dinner and great service from Blake. An excellent choice for dinner or special events. Appetizers, salad, and the peppers/pickles we great and the steaks were done perfectly. Can't wait to come back!

Always a good meal at Bob’s…only unfortunate occurrence was surprisingly the main Host upon my arrival…I was 20 minutes late for my reservation and she seemed annoyed from “hello”…I really was surprised and wanted to question “why the attitude” but I let it go…very poor first impression and honestly if it were to happen on my next visit, I will not be staying for dinner…too many other great restaurants in downtown Nashville where I know I won’t be treated with such disdain!

The filet mignon tasted odd in the center should check on that. For the price I expect better service and better steak the rest of the food was good but the prices are outrageous and the server I had was not helpful on selecting a dish and also wasn't very polite and seemed like she didn't want to be there.

The food was delicious and our server was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were two large parties of young men seated after us and ruined our dining experience. They were extremely loud and obnoxious. I don't mind spending alot of money on a meal (very expensive here); however to spend a crazy amount of money in this environment is disappointing.

We’ve been to Bob’s many times and this was the first time the food was not good. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The special was Chilean Sea Bass. Because of our diets we eat Chilean sea bass multiple times per week. We both ordered the sea bass. It was horrible. Rubbery. And didn’t taste or look like Chilean sea bass. We informed the waiter. Thankfully he removed one meal.

The food and service is consistently awesome. With the location being in the Omni and in close proximity to everything downtown, it makes it the perfect location for a night out in Nashville.

Waited 10 minutes for water and after 30 minutes had to ask for bread. They were over booked so service was horrible. Food was mediocre relative to price paid.

We had terrible service. Our food came out but not the pre dinner salads. The sides came out after we we finished our meal. There was a bat flying around and caused chaos. We were disappointed in how it was handled - not even an offer of a free dessert or something.

Wonderful meal!! We started the predator playoffs in style! We took two of our kids to the game so they ate with us. Awesome time! I just wished the Preds had won!

I read before dining here that the calamari was outstanding. To us it was just ok. Prices should be posted with all the specials on the daily menu. Other than that it was a lovely evening and we plan on dining here again. Very much appreciated the birthday recognition.

Another “high end, out-of-town” chain catering to convention goers and tourists. Priced on the high side for the quality of food and service. There is an abundance of choices for the steakhouses in Nashville, choose wisely.

Food & service was outstanding. My wife and I wanted a quiet, relaxed dinner after a day of bar hopping and enjoying the Nashville scene. Bob's did not disappoint. The staff was great. Perhaps slightly overpriced, but we would definitely go back. Highly recommend.

Our server Zach was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about our wines in addition to the courses being offered. Excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Bob's Steak House and their wonderful staff.

Bobs has always been our favorite steakhouse in Nashville. Not sure whats going on in the kitchen, different chef perhaps. The last few visits have been ok at best.

Food very good but soup was way too spicy. It was replaced immediately when we pointed out that it was not edible. Wine list excellent and very well priced. Service was good but a little slow. This was mainly due to the large volume of people (a large conference in residence). I would recommend the restaurant. It’s great for business meetings.

I can say it from being served by Mateo but Im sure you’ll have no issue from anyone else in the staff as from drink to food runners everyone was awesome and charismatic. We let Mateo take us on a dinner adventure from start to finish, and he never led us astray, we had the dining experience of a lifetime. Worth every cent

After being greeted by a Rottweiler of a receptionist we were led to dining room with no windows and really poor ambiance. The one good thing to say is that the noise level was well below Nashville average and enabled a conversation. The waitress Caitlin rushed everything and as soon as we had the last bite she presented bill in a manner like “get out of here quickly”. Maybe this style is appreciated by military members- but for 2 Europeans it’s very irritating. Perhaps you want to do something about it

Food delivery slow this time.... Steak was overcooked. Sad when purchasing an expensive wagyu. Staff is always friendly and service excellent.

Chop salad was excellent. Shrimp scampi was not properly prepared. Shrimp was overcooked and pasta was undercooked. Salmon was over seasoned. I rarely give poor reviews but for the price point I would expect much better. Food preparation was far below average. This did not reflect our waiter. He did an excellent job.
